Systemy teleinformatyczne są wykorzystywane w praktycznie każdej dziedzinie ludzkiego życia i stanowią integralną oraz nierozerwalną część społeczeństwa cyfrowego. W artykule dokonano analizy istniejących rozwiązań systemów teleinformatycznych stosowanych w gabinetach lekarskich, a także przedstawiono strategie ewolucyjnego rozwoju funkcjonalności systemów rejestracji pacjentów. Zaprezentowano również ideę rozwoju systemów inspirowaną rozwiązaniami funkcjonującymi w innych gałęziach nauki, a nie zaimplementowanych w branży usług medycznych.

IT systems are used in every single part of people’s lives and they are an inherent part of digital society. In the paper the existing solutions of IT systems used at doctors’ offices were analysed; also strategies of evolutional development in patients registration systems functionality have been presented. There has been also presented an idea inspired by solutions functioning in other branches of science but not implemented in the branch of medical services.

Dynamiczny rozwój technologii teleinformatycznych wymusza zmiany w informatycznych rozwiązaniach logistycznych dla firm i przedsiębiorstw transportowych. Bezpieczny i terminowy przewóz osób i towarów, przy minimalnych kosztach i z zachowaniem wymaganego standardu przewozu wymaga odpowiedniego planowania i zarządzania. W pracy wskazano na potrzebę wdrażania nowoczesnych technologii w logistyce i transporcie, które ułatwiają administrowanie zasobami, kompleksowe planowanie, analizowanie ryzyka i efektywności pracy, rozliczenia finansowe, opracowywanie raportów i wizualizację wyników oraz współpracę i wymianę danych z innymi systemami. Duży wpływ na poszerzanie możliwości usprawnienia pracy i podniesienia jej jakości z wykorzystaniem informatycznych systemów logistycznych i transportowych ma dynamiczny rozwój urządzeń mobilnych i łączności satelitarnej. Wprowadzenie efektywnych logistycznych rozwiązań informatycznych jest procesem długotrwałym i wymaga odpowiednich środków finansowych, standaryzacji technologicznych oraz uregulowań prawnych (krajowych, międzynarodowych, lokalnych i sektorowych). Rozwój nowoczesnego rynku transportowego oraz podnoszenie jakości usług transportowych i logistycznych są wspierane przez Inteligentne Systemy Transportowe.

The dynamic development of ICT technologies drives changes in logistics IT solutions for companies and transport firms. Safe and timely transportation of people and goods, at a minimum cost and in compliance with the required standard of transport requires proper planning and management. The study points to the need for implementation of modern technology in logistics and transport, to simplify the administration of resources, comprehensive planning, analyzing risk and efficiency, financial accounting, preparation of reports and visualization of results, and cooperation and exchange of data with other systems. Dynamic development of mobile and satellite communications has a big impact on broadening of the possibilities of improving the work and increasing the quality of the use of information systems in transport and logistics. Introduction of effective logistics solutions is a long process and requires adequate financial resources, technological standardization and legal frameworks (national, international, local and sectoral). The development of modern transport market and improving the quality of transport and logistics services are supported by the Intelligent Transportation Systems.

In the article are described the dangers to which the IT specialists, working for many hours with the usage of computer, Internet, and the cellular phone in the organizations of different type, are exposed to. At the beginning there was described the influence of digitalization to the changes in the system of organization management. In the further part one can find the trial of the answer to the question what is the place and the role of the IT specialists in the organizations. Then there are presented the results of the research carried out by the authors concerning the sources of dangers connected with the long work of IT specialists in the organization with the usage of achievements of the modern information technology.

Artykuł opisuje zagrożenia płynące dla informatyków pracujących przez wiele godzin za pomocą komputera, Internetu i telefonu komórkowego w organizacjach różnego typu. Na początku omówiono wpływ digitalizacji na zmiany w systemie zarządzania organizacjami. W dalszej kolejności znajduje się próba odpowiedzi na pytanie jakie jest miejsce i rola informatyków w organizacjach. Następnie zostają przytoczone wyniki badań własnych autorów dotyczące źródeł zagrożeń związanych z wielogodzinną pracą informatyków w organizacji z wykorzystaniem zdobyczy współczesnej technologii teleinformatycznej.

Celem artykułu jest analiza czynników sprzyjających implementacji technologii mobilnych w łańcuchach dostaw i jej efektów w kategoriach doskonalenia łańcuchów dostaw, a także stopnia wykorzystania technologii mobilnych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem telefonii komórkowej oraz RFID.

ICT has always supported supply chains. Its development enabled implementation of new models of information management, which in turn led to the creation of new business models and effective implementation of innovative strategies. Today, we can observe a very rapid pace of development in the field of mobile technology. There are different wireless communication technologies with next generations of mobile telephony in the lead. These technologies along with appropriate applications support management, especially in those areas where field service processes are involved. This paper analyzes factors that contribute to the implementation of mobile technology in supply chains, the effects of this implementation, as well as the utilization of mobile technology in supply chains.
