Interkosmos - the international space research program - is multilayered; it covers a variety of aspects: political, scientific, economic, propaganda, technical, etc. In the article, the authors provide insight into technical support for the Interkosmos program carried out at the Dnepropetrovsk Space and Rocket Center. The engineering background for the conversion of the Center-developed military rocketry for use in space exploration is studied. The authors, relying on the recollections of the participants, reveal the little-known aspects of the creation of a powerful satellite development facility at the Dnepropetrovsk Space and Rocket Center. The article brings into the foreground the importance of KB Yuzhnoye’s idea of developing a ‘unified spacecraft’, meaning a space platform where it was possible to install miscellaneous devices for pursuing a wide range of scientific issues. Using the example of Poland and India, some results obtained during launches of unmanned and manned spacecraft under the Interkosmos program are studied. The participation of the mentioned countries in the creation process of many scientific instruments for implementation of the Interkosmos program and the importance of this research and design direction are accentuated.

Międzynarodowy projekt badań kosmicznych Interkosmos składał się z wielu elementów; w jego funkcjonowaniu można wyodrębnić różne aspekty: polityczny, naukowy, ekonomiczny, propagandowy, techniczny etc. W artykule autorzy przedstawiają techniczny wykład Dniepropietrowskiego Ośrodka Kosmiczno-Rakietowego w program Interkosmos. Artykuł omawia techniczne zagadnienia przekształcenia produkowanych w Ośrodku rakiet wojskowych do wykorzystania w eksploracji kosmosu. Autorzy, opierając się na wspomnieniach uczestników tych wydarzeń, opisują mało znane aspekty utworzenia prężnych zakładów produkujących satelity w Dniepropietrowskim Ośrodku Kosmiczno-Rakietowym. Artykuł podkreśla znaczenie rozwijanej w Biurze Projektowym Jużnoje idei stworzenia „zunifikowanego statku kosmicznego” - podstawy konstrukcyjnej, na której można by instalować różne instrumenty do rozwiązywania szerokiego wachlarza problemów badawczych. Na przykładzie Polski i Indii zostały przedstawione wyniki, które uzyskano podczas bezzałogowych i załogowych misji kosmicznych w ramach programu Interkosmos z zaznaczeniem udziału tych krajów w opracowaniu instrumentów naukowych służących programowi oraz znaczenie tego kierunku badań i rozwoju.

Przedstawiono również środki transportu wykorzystywane w procesach utrzymania torów i sieci trakcyjnych. Analizie poddano również zdarzenia zaistniałe w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie tramwajowym w wybranych miesiącach.

The aim of the article was to show, how important are the technical services in the operation of tram communication. The means of transport used in the maintenance of tracks and traction networks are also presented. The events that took place in the chosen tram company in selected months were also analyzed.

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienie bezpieczeństwa związanego z eksploatowanymi w Siłach Powietrznych RP samolotów wielozadaniowych F-16. Autorzy zwrócili uwagę na kwestię wykorzystywanego paliwa do systemu awaryjnego zasilania tych statków powietrznych. W tym miejscu podkreślono fakt, iż samoloty te wymagają specjalnego paliwa o oznaczaniu H-70, który jest wodnym roztworem toksycznej hydrazynę. Z tego też względu służby ratownicze polskich baz lotnictwa wojskowego, w których stacjonują F-16 musiały zostać odpowiednio dostosowane. Nie mniej zwrócono uwagę, że w przypadku wystąpienia konieczności awaryjnego lądowania tego statku powietrznego na innych lotniskach mogą pojawić się trudności związane z ewentualnym wyciekiem hydrazyny, czy jej neutralizacji z uwagi na brak wyspecjalizowanych zespołów HRT (ang. Hydrazine Response Team), będących częścią Grupy Ratownictwa Lotniskowego (ang. Aircraft rescue and firefighting).

The article presents the safety issue bonded to the Polish Air Force F-16 multirole aircraft. The authors pointed out the issue of fuel used for emergency supply system of these aircrafts. The paper emphasized the fact that these aircrafts require special fuel with designation H-70, which is 70% aqueous solution of toxic hydrazine. For this reason, the rescue services of Polish Air Force bases where Polish F-16 are stationed had to be adjusted accordingly. Just as importantly authors noticed that in the event of an emergency landing of this aircraft at different airports can receive difficulties associated with the possible leakage of hydrazine, or its neutralization in the absence of specialized Hydrazine Response Team, which are part of the Rescue Group (Aircraft rescue and firefighting – ARFF).

Artykuł stanowi próbę zobrazowania potencjału wojsk chemicznych w aspekcie dekontaminacji masowej. Wprowadzeniem do problematyki jest opis struktur wojsk chemicznych Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej oraz ich roli w systemie ratownictwa chemicznego. Autorzy poprzez analizy wyposażenia pododdziałów wojsk chemicznych dokonują prezentacje wybranych środków i sprzętu wojsk chemicznych. W artykule przedstawione są także obowiązujące w SZ RP procedury likwidacji skażeń ludzi oraz propozycja adaptacji tych procedur w celu przeprowadzenia dekontaminacji masowej.

This article attempts to illustrate the potential of the chemical corps as capability to mass decontamination. Introduction to the problem is the description of the structures the chemical corps of the Polish Armed Forces and their role in the chemical rescue system. The authors through the analysis of the chemical corps troops equipment make presentations of selected decontamination kits, materials and specialized vehicles. There are presented also current in the Armed Forces procedures for decontamination and a proposal to adapt these procedures to perform mass decontamination.

W prezentowanym artykule przedstawiono prototyp Kołowego Wozu Ratownictwa Technicznego, omówiono wyposażenie oraz przedstawiono sposób ewakuacji uszkodzonego sprzętu z wykorzystaniem etatowego wyposażenia. Ostatni akapit artykułu przedstawia sposób załadunku uszkodzonych pojazdów KTO Rosomak na prototypową platformę.

Evacuation is an important part of technical support in army tactics. There should be plans and equipment for the evacuation of every vehicle which is in use in the army. The paper shows the prototype of a wheeled vehicle for technical support. It presents the typical ways of evacuating damaged vehicles in off road conditions. The final part of the article discusses the new type of platform and shows how easy it can be to load a damaged KTO Rosomak on it with evacuation equipment.

Prezentowany artykuł dotyczy zmian, jakie wystąpiły w zabezpieczeniu technicznym wojsk. Wynikały one z jednej strony wprost z trwającej już od dłuższego czasu reorganizacji w SZ RP, zaś z drugiej ze zmieniających się uwarunkowań podyktowanych wymogami nowej strategii NATO, przyszłymi uwarunkowaniami operacyjno-logistycznymi oraz terenowymi i klimatyczno-atmosferycznymi, a także z prowadzenia różnorodnych operacji przez formacje SZ RP, w tym przede wszystkim ich podstawowej części, wojska lądowe. Prezentuje dorobek naukowo-badawczy ośrodków akademickich w obszarze rozpatrywanych w artykule problemów oraz zawiera założenia reorganizacji podsystemu technicznego Sił Zbrojnych RP. Zakończenie zawiera ocenę ich adekwatności do wyposażania sił zbrojnych w coraz nowocześniejsze uzbrojenie i sprzęt wojskowy (UiSW).

Presented article concerns changes which occurred in maintenance support of land forces. Arising directly from one part of an ongoing reorganization has already for a long time in the Polish Army, and other evolving dictated by the requirements of the New Strategy of NATO Concept, the future emergency circumstances and with logistics and climate-weather proof, the pursuit of diversity and the operation by the formations of the army, including primarily the basic parts of the land forces. Presents scientific and research of military centres academic achievements in the area concerned in article issues, and includes the founding of the reorganization of the armed forces maintenance subsystem. Finish contains an assessment of their adequacy for the modern equipping of the armed forces in ever newer armament and military equipment.

Zwiększone znacznie w ostatnich latach zaangażowania Sił Zbrojnych Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej (SZ RP) w operacjach poza granicami kraju wymusiło gruntowne zmiany w sposobie realizacji zadań zabezpieczenia logistycznego. Szczególna rola przypada zabezpieczeniu technicznemu wydzielanych komponentów, które warunkuje bezpośrednio, pełną realizację zadań, zapewniając jednocześnie bezpieczeństwo żołnierzy. W obecnych uwarunkowaniach prawnych i organizacyjnych funkcjonowania systemu logistycznego SZ RP wielokrotnie dochodzi do szeregu problemów z zakresu funkcjonowania techniki wojskowej, od których rozwiązania zależy wypełnienie zadań stojących przed żołnierzami realizującymi zadania w skrajnie trudnych warunkach.

A significantly increased involvement of the Polish Armed Forces in overseas operations recently has resulted in fundamental changes in the completion of logistic support tasks. A special role in this respect falls upon technical support, which directly determines the completion of tasks while ensuring the safety of soldiers. With the current legal and organisational conditions in which the logistic system of the Polish Armed Forces operates, a number of problems related to the operation of military technology arise, the solution of which influences the fulfilment of tasks facing the soldiers carrying out their duties under extremely difficult conditions. The aim of this article is to define contemporary dilemmas associated with full technical support provided to Polish troops in Afghanistan and to indicate the way in which this system should improve.

The article presents a systems approach to activities facilitating the development and commercialisation of innovative technological solutions supporting sustainable economic growth. The key aspects recognised by the authors are the determination and correlation of research directions of the future and the formation of strategies of action on both the micro and the macro level. Governmental strategic research programmes have been identified to be an effective formula for the realisation of research in generated research areas. The authors have emphasised the need for including activities providing systems support facilitating novel technologies transfer in research programmes of a strategic nature, along with the tasks for the development of innovative product and process solutions. The article also presents an example of an effective correlation of this type of problems in a currently realised research programme.

W artykule zaprezentowano systemowe podejście w odniesieniu do prowadzenia działań stymulujących rozwój i komercjalizację innowacyjnych rozwiązań technologicznych wspomagających zrównoważony rozwój gospodarki. Za kluczowe uznano typowanie i korelację przyszłościowych kierunków badań oraz tworzenie strategii działania na poziomie mikro i makro. Zaproponowano rządowe programy strategiczne jako skuteczną formułę realizacji badań w wytypowanych dziedzinach. Wskazano na potrzebę uwzględniania w programach strategicznych, obok zagadnień dotyczących rozwoju innowacyjnych rozwiązań produktowych i procesowych, działań ukierunkowanych na zapewnienie wsparcia systemowego umożliwiającego transfer opracowanych rozwiązań do gospodarki. Zaprezentowano przykład efektywnego powiązania tego typu zagadnień w realizowanym programie strategicznym.

Technical support and management over sales process in enterprise oriented on customer particular technical demands, require new approach in current economic environment. In the face of strong competition and tendency for costs reductions of offered technical solutions, especially with low materials value - the key task is reducing cost of technical support and sales service. It is possible by reduction of time spent by specialist working out typical, simple but time consuming the most popular queries from the customers. To this end, in existing enterprise proper project was undertaken aimed at developing a computer system integrating modules of technical knowledge data base of offered solutions as well sales and customer relationship management. The subject of the paper is the company information structure-oriented integrated system of conscious resource management. Prototype version of system was developed and is running, up to full operational stage of the system, information about exact worked solution are prohibited for publishing. Worked solution is unique on the market in the range of fixing systems what a reason to limit outgoing detailed information is. Achieved prototypes generates impressive output, with reduction of 70 [%] of time necessary to designs the same solutions with traditional tools. Quantity of mistakes on product list is almost gone, and quality of designed solutions also is significantly improved with very precise and detailed drawings. Initial results allow confirming that commence of this project it was right decision.
