The article presents a method of solving the problem of the assessment of the exploitation policy. It was assumed that the evaluation of the exploitation policy can and should be carried out with reference to defined universal patterns. This allows comparability of such a policy, as well as making decisions regarding necessary changes. Therefore, there was proposed a way of building pattern models of the exploitation policy and there was carried out the assessment of the exploitation policies of the selected technical network systems, based on the selected taxonomic model.

Przedmiotem tego artykułu jest budowa narzędzia komputerowego wspomagającego metodykę scenariuszowego modelowania polityki eksploatacyjnej i eksploatacyjnego procesu decyzyjnego dla specyficznej klasy obiektów, jakimi są sieciowe systemy techniczne. Po przeprowadzeniu analizy możliwości i potrzeb wspomagania, przedstawione zostały strukturalne i funkcjonalne cechy prototypowego programu komputerowego SMOPE (Scenariuszowy Moduł Obsługi Polityki Eksploatacyjnej), zbudowanego przez autora. W końcowej części artykułu wskazano na możliwość wykorzystania SMOPE w budowie koncepcji SmartMaintenance, jako ważnego ogniwa w bezawaryjnym funkcjonowaniu podsystemów inżynierii miejskiej w myśl idei SmartCity.

The subject of this article is building computer tool supporting the methodology of scenario modeling of exploitation policy and exploitation decision-making process, for a specific class of objects, which are technical network systems. After an analysis of the opportunities and needs supporting, it was presented structural and functional features of prototype computer tool SMOPE, built by author of the article. In the final part of the article, there were pointed out the possibility of using SMOPE in the development of the SmartMaintenance concept, as an important link in the trouble-free operation of municipal engineering subsystems on the ideals of SmartCity.
