The study presents how farms are equipped with technical means of production. Moreover, it gives the number of equipment per one farm and the reproductive value. The technical infrastructure index of farms as well as the standard gross margin value per a field area unit was also determined. The researched facilities were divided into three groups, which differed with a trend of performed activities, for the purpose of comparative analysis. Therefore, farms, which carried out plant, animal and mixed production, were compared. The statistical analysis was carried out and on its basis, differences in the value of the above mentioned indexes were determined between the production trends as well as the influence of the technical infrastructure on the standard gross margin.

Przedstawiono wartość odtworzeniową parku maszynowego, nakłady pracy, wskaźnik technicznego uzbrojenia, wartość produkcji oraz wskaźniki efektywności produkcji w gospodarstwach ukierunkowanych na produkcję mleka. Celem pracy było określenie wpływu wskaźnika technicznego uzbrojenia na efektywność produkcji mleka. Zakresem badań objęto 30 gospodarstw rolnych położonych na terenie powiatu nowosądeckiego. Badania przeprowadzono w formie wywiadu kierowanego z właścicielami gospodarstw. Zebrane informacje dotyczyły roku gospodarczego 2009/2010. Średnia wydajność mleczna w badanych obiektach wynosiła 4155 l. Wskaźnik technicznego uzbrojenia gospodarstw wynosił średnio 113,71 zł*rbh-1, a wskaźnik opłacalności, rentowności i dochodowości kształtował się na poziomie odpowiednio: 222, 122 i -4%.

The replacement value of the machinery fleet, work expenditures, the technical infrastructure index, the value of production and production efficiency indexes in farms specializing in milk production. The aim of the work was to determine the impact of the technical infrastructure index on the efficiency of milk production. The scope of research covered 30 farms situated in the Nowy Sącz county. Tests were carried out in the form of a focused interview with farm owners. The collected information referred to the business year 2009-2010. The average milk efficiency in tested objects amounted to 4,155 l. The technical infrastructure index of farms was 113.71 PLN*rbh-1 on average, whereas remunerativeness, profitability and income indexes were 222, 122 and -4%, respectively.
