W Sieci Badawczej Łukasiewicz – Instytucie Inżynierii Materiałów Polimerowych i Barwników działa Jednostka Certyfikująca Wyroby (JCW), która posiada akredytację Polskiego Centrum Akredytacji nr AC 004 i spełnia wymagania normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013-03. JCW certyfikuje m.in. na znak ekologiczny „E” farby i lakiery, które spełniają wymagania określone w Kryteriach Technicznych.

In The Łukasiewicz Research Network – Institute for Engineering of Polymer Materials and Dyes works the Product Certification Body which is accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation (No. AC 004). The Product Certification Body meets the requirements of the PN-EN ISO/IEC 17065:2013-03. The Product Certification Body certifies for the “E” ecological mark, paints and varnishes that meet certain requirements included in Criteria Technical.

In the article the authors have attempted to analyze the specifications and criteria imposed on military vehicles acquired by the Polish Armed Forces. The issues of selection of the target operation standard, interval between periodic maintenance inspections, fault tolerance and reliability, which are defined in tactical-technical criteria by administrators, were addressed. The technical specifications are the essential component of qualification studies. The data obtained from research of prototypes and the initial years of exploitation of the new military equipment (SpW) constitute the source of verification for technical-tactical criteria (ZTT) or initial technical-tactical criteria (WZTT) adopted for implementation. The article also discusses the issues related to estimation of probability of the tasks to be executed by military vehicles in typical operating conditions depending on the lifetime, mileage or method of storage. Presumable combat losses, which are independent from the adopted operation system of the military equipment, have been omitted. The research works in the field of reliability are conducted in the Armored Fighting Vehicles Laboratory of the Military Institute of Armored and Automotive Technology in Sulejówek. Additionally, the authors have addressed the possibility of the application of computer simulation for the purpose of military vehicles reliability.

The article presents certification of products in the light of current regulation, and also principles of voluntary conformity assessment carried out by INiG-PIB. The changes introduced in the certification for the new Q INiG mark have been discussed, in particular in relation to diaphragm gas meters.

Praca dotyczy oceny funkcjonowania łańcucha dostaw ze względu ma kryteria techniczne. W artykule przedstawiono metodykę składającą się na opracowanie modelu oceny funkcjonowania łańcucha dostaw przy ustalonym zadaniu logistycznym z uwzględnieniem: formalizacji języka opisu, zapisu struktury łańcucha dostaw i jego charakterystyk, zapisu układu ograniczeń i kryteriów uwzględniających aspekty techniczne. W pracy przedstawiono autorskie sformułowanie modelu oceny efektywności realizacji zadań w łańcuchach dostaw ze względu na wybrane kryteria techniczne, tj. dotyczące oceny stopnia wykorzystania zasobów systemu do realizacji usług logistycznych. Model ten ma na celu uzyskanie łańcucha dostaw o maksymalnym dopasowaniu zasobów technicznych elementów łańcucha dostaw do realizacji zadań logistycznych w badanym okresie.

The work concerns the evaluation of the functioning of the supply chain due to the technical criteria. The article presents a methodology comprising the development of a model for assessing the functioning of the supply chain at a fixed logistics task including: formalization of description language, record of supply chain structure and its characteristics, record of constraints and criteria taking into account the technical aspects. The paper presents the authors formulation of a model for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of tasks in the supply chain due to the technical criteria, i.e. for the assessment of the degree of utilization of system resources for the implementation of logistics services. This model aims to achieve supply chain with maximum fit of technical resources of the supply chain elements to perform logistical tasks in the analyzed period.

W artykule przedstawiono metodę oceny społecznej akceptowalności realizacji zbiorowego systemu odprowadzania i oczyszczania ścieków opierającą się na metodzie wyceny warunkowej, wykorzystującej badanie gotowości do zapłaty (WTP). Uzyskane tą metodą informacje pozwolą na określenie, ile lokalna społeczność jest w stanie zapłacić za korzystanie z usługi zbiorowego odprowadzania i oczyszczania ścieków. Opracowana metoda oceny społecznej akceptowalności realizacji zbiorowego systemu odprowadzania i oczyszczania ścieków może stanowić instrument wspomagający proces decyzyjny w zakresie kształtowania polityki opłat za usługi wodne w gminie.

This article presents the procedure for assessing the social acceptability of the implementation of a collective sewage collection and treatment system, basing on the conditional valuation method, using the willingness to pay research (WTP). The information obtained in this way allow to determine the amount of money the local community is willing to pay for using the collective sewage collection and treatment system. The developed method of assessing the social acceptability of the implementation of a collective sewage collection and treatment system can serve as a mean for supporting the decision-making process of shaping the payment policies for water services within a commune.
