Do zebrania danych wykorzystano metodę ankietową.

The aim of the article is to present the results of surveys of opinions of people working in various enterprises on the approach to management and its functions, the role of managers and motivation at work, and to compare them with studies by other authors (Jelonek et al., 2022), (Żarczyńska-Dobiesz, Chomątowska, 2014), (Ozkan, Solmaz, 2015), (Muster, 2020). A selected group of respondents – representatives of generation Z and the formulated research goal were supposed to answer the research question: Is generation Z ready to work in a teal organization. The compilation of these results is intended to provide guidance to managers of organizations in which direction they should take their actions (e.g. introduce teal) so that organizations can develop while taking care of employees who have specific expectations regarding work. The survey method was used to collect the data. The main conclusion that can be formulated is that generation Z develops in a technologically modern environment, with easy and wide access to knowledge, but lacks the independence and creativity to actually fully meet the conditions for the functioning of a teal organization.

Purpose: The aim of the text is to present the concepts of turquoise organizations and turquoise leadership against the background of the evolution of societies, organizations and leadership. Design/methodology/approach: The study was based on literature studies. Findings: The text summarizes and characterizes the various stages of the development of societies. The different types of organization were characterized in the model of organization by F. Laloux, paying particular attention to the turquoise organization. All the "colored" leaders are characterized in detail - from purple to turquoise. Practical implications: The basic recommendation for management practitioners who would like to create a turquoise atmosphere in their organizations is reflection on the actual and declared key values and the mission of the organization. They also have to answer the question of how much they are able to share power with their colleagues, how much are they able to trust them. It is also becoming extremely important to build emotional openness between employees and their loyalty to each other. Originality/value: The text may be of interest to both researchers on the topic of turquoise organizations and practitioners who would like to transform their organizations into modern workplaces.

Purpose: The purpose of this article is to attempt to demonstrate the role of Integral Theory in explaining the upcoming managerial processes in Society 5.0. Design/methodology/approach: The explanatory procedure includes both a deterministic and indeterministic approach. The authors of this paper analyze currently conducted empirical research on the functioning of organizational structures in Poland and abroad in production, services and public organizations, including the so-called third sector. Findings: Research clearly indicates the slow, but systematic evolution of the organizational structures and the principles of their functioning. The so-called self-managing employee teams are increasingly being formed. Research limitations/implications: Research seems to purposefully monitor the functioning of the organizations systems. Practical implications: By constructing and anticipating social and economic processes we have attempted to identify managerial tools that are helpful in improving managerial activities to meet the requirement of the organization due to changing external conditions. Social implications: Such a test is the concept of a teal organization as a new type of organization, appropriate for the emerging age of Society 5.0. Originality/value: The research results indicate relatively fast changes in the functioning of enterprises in the field of inter-organizational cooperation.

The aim of this paper is to present several selected management concepts that support self-organizing teams. The chosen concepts are agile project management, teal organization, holacracy and sociocracy, and the paper places emphasis on the organizational factors in each of presented concept. Four groups of organizational factors were extracted: culture, structure, management and processes. The value of this paper is that it is a comparison of the extracted groups in the selected concepts. The outcome of this work was the discovery that the organizational culture in each of the concepts was very similar, yet, the structure supporting self-organizing teams may vary in effect, starting from the project, to the whole organization. Still, the management and processes appeared to be very similar in the teal organization, holacracy and sociocracy. Moreover, agile project management was more similar to traditional organizations. The paper emphasizes the need for further research, in particular, in companies which have adopted the presented concepts.

Modern organizations function in changing conditions, which is a big challenge for management. The adoption of the teal organization model described by F. Laloux may be a chance to adapt to the current reality. The research problem is the answer to the question: how is the personnel function performed in teal organizations and how is it different from that implemented in traditionally managed organizations? The aim of the article is to identify activities carried out by teal organizations in the field of personnel function in the context of traditionally managed organizations. The research methods used in the study include critical analysis of the subject literature and logical reasoning. When comparing the HR management process in traditionally managed organizations, it should be pointed out that it is significantly different from that implemented in teal organizations.
