Praca zawiera propozycję nowej metody z grupy algorytmów genetycznych i ewolucyjnych nazwanej systemowym algorytmem ewolucyjnym (SAE). Klasyczne już algorytmy genetyczne i ewolucyjne nie zawierają na przykład metody prowadzącej do otrzymywania pierwotnej populacji wprost z systemu oraz adekwatnego sposobu na otrzymywanie nowej populacji (odpowiednio zdefiniowanej funkcji przystosowania). Artykuł zawiera ponadto szereg definicji takich jak: strukturalne i parametryczne zmiany, kod informacyjny rozwoju systemu, rozbieżności systemowe pomiędzy systemem a otoczeniem (uogólnienie pojęcia funkcji przystosowania), mapy wiedzy o rozwoju systemu itp.

This paper contains proposition of new method of evolving algorithm called evolving algorithm of system (SAE). Classical algorithms are not, for example, furnished with a method of getting population directly from systems and adequacy methods to qualify artificial genetic code to new populations. The article presents the way to produce genetic code directly from systems and also defines steps leading to new population. Besides this, the article presents definitions of structural and parametric changes, information code of systems, divergence between system and environment (special fitness function), knowledge maps on system development, and others.

W pracy zaproponowano nową metodę otrzymywania sztucznego kodu genetycznego systemu elektroenergetycznej sieci przesyłowej i na tej podstawie nową metodę systemowego wspomagania procesu badania prawidłowości rozwoju strukturalno-parametrycznego elektroenergetycznej sieci przesyłowej, którą nazwano metodą sztucznej ewolucji. Sformułowanie sztucznego kodu genetycznego otrzymywanego z macierzy procesu A (macierzy przesyłu mocy i energii elektrycznej), po czym związano zagadnienie rozwoju z ruchem pierwiastków wykorzystując w tym celu m.in. linie pierwiastkowe Evansa. Podano też przykłady wykorzystania kodu informacyjnego w implementacji rozwoju systemu elektroenergetycznej sieci przesyłowej metodą sztucznej ewolucji.

The system support for the analysis process of the regularities in the development of electric power transmission network

This research work suggests a new method of obtaining the artificial genetic code in the system of the electric power transmission network. On the basis of the method, a new method of support is presented to examine the regularities of structural - parametric development in the electric power transmission network, which is called the method of artificial evolution. The formulation of the artificial genetic code (information code) was based on a specific equation of the matrix of the process A (of the transmission of power and electric energy) and then, the notion of the development was linked with the motion of roots. For that purpose, Evans' root lines were applied. There have also been given examples of how to use the information code in the implementation of the system development in the electric power transmission network relying on the transmitting method of the artificial evolution.
