W artykule dokonano syntezy pojęcia jakości usługi edukacyjnej na poziomie szkoły średniej, składowych i czynników mających wpływ na jakość edukacji szkolnej oraz dokonano identyfikacji w układzie hierarchicznym obszarów problemowych zarządzania jakością kształcenia. Ewaluacja jest narzędziem badania jakości kształcenia stosowanym w szkołach (badanie rezultatu), które jednak nie ingeruje w aspekty zarządzania organizacją, jaką jest szkoła (procesy). Ten wysiłek musi podjąć instytucja samodzielnie. Opracowany w artykule diagram Ishikawy lokalizacji obszarów zarządczych mających wpływ na jakość kształcenia w szkole średniej przewartościowuje tradycyjne spojrzenie na szkołę jako jednostkę realizującą tylko proces dydaktyczny.

The aim of the article is to explore the notion of educational services quality, the factors affecting the school education quality as well as the identification and location of problem areas related to quality management within high school education in hierarchical terms. Evaluation is a tool for research the quality of education which has applied in schools (test result), but which do not interfere in the management aspects of the organization which is a school (processes). An institution must make this effort independently. Developed in the article Ishikawa diagram of the location of the management areas have an impact on the quality of education, revaluates traditional look at the school as a unit filling out only the teaching process.

The author introduces one possible option for the analysis of the textbooks. It introduces an analysis of those teaching methods used in four textbooks. The presentation is focused on the evaluation of two parallel mathematical textbooks for secondary schools of four different publishers by two publishers Didaktis and Prometheus. It evaluates and compares the textbooks. The aim of this evaluation is to help teachers with the selection of the most suitable textbook for teaching purposes.

Demanding that the contemporary labor market and expectations of young people starting their careers, the difficulty in determining the future of professional and increased responsibility for their own future have led to increased interest and demand for advisory services. School education is a process that allows the one hand, acquiring the necessary knowledge, is the foundation for achieving a high economic level of the country, on the other hand, offers young people the chance to realize their career plans. At the same time changes in the labor market necessitate continuous updating of skills and competence, requiring teachers to prepare students to enter the profession and field of study.

Wymagania, które stawia współczesny rynek pracy oraz oczekiwania młodych ludzi rozpoczynających karierę zawodową, trudności w określeniu przyszłości zawodowej oraz wzrost odpowiedzialności za własną przyszłość spowodowały zwiększenie zainteresowania i zapotrzebowania na usługi doradcze. Edukacja szkolna jest procesem, który umożliwia z jednej strony zdobywanie potrzebnej wiedzy, jest fundamentem do osiągnięcia wysokiego poziomu gospodarczego kraju, a z drugiej, stwarza młodym ludziom szansę na realizację ich planów zawodowych. Jednocześnie zmiany na rynku pracy wymuszają ciągłe podnoszenie kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych, nakładając na nauczycieli obowiązek przygotowania uczniów do wyboru zawodu i kierunku kształcenia.

In the 19th century, in Poland divided among Russia, Austria and Prussia, the occupants hindered access to education for Poles. Fighting the restrictions, the Poles organized scientific institutions, published texts enabling self-study and founded high and academic private schools. In the Polish Kingdom in 19th century these schools were mostly clandestine, becoming legal at the beginning of 20th century. In Galicia, polonized high schools and universities in Lwów and Kraków educated students, including women, from all occupied territories. Many studied abroad. People educated in the second half of 19th century rebuilt the system of higher education in Poland Reborn.

W XIX w., w Polsce podzielonej między Rosję, Austrię i Prusy, zaborcy utrudniali Polakom dostęp do wykształcenia. Walcząc z ograniczeniami Polacy organizowali instytucje naukowe, wydawali publikacje ułatwiające samokształcenie, zakładali średnie i wyższe szkoły prywatne. W Królestwie Polskim w XIX w. przeważnie tajne, od początku XX w. legalne. W Galicji spolonizowane szkoły średnie i uniwersytety we Lwowie i Krakowie kształciły studentów, w tym kobiety, ze wszystkich zaborów. Wiele osób studiowało za granicą. Ludzie wykształceni w drugiej połowie XIX w. odbudowali szkolnictwo wyższe w Polsce Odrodzonej.

Aby w pełni wykorzystać coraz dostępniejsze opracowania fotogrametryczne, musi istnieć w społeczeństwie świadomość ich wysokiej wartości użytkowej. W tym celu powstał program pilotażowy popularyzujący fotogrametrię i teledetekcję wśród młodzieży gimnazjalnej. Został on przeprowadzony w latach 2000-2003 w Gimnazjum nr 1 w Krakowie. Niniejszy artykuł dokładnie opisuje ten program. Znajdują się tu informacje o prowadzących zajęcia, sposobie rekrutacji oraz o formie zajęć. W dalszej części omówiono szczegółowo program, który był realizowany podczas spotkań z młodzieżą. W podsumowaniu artykułu wykazano celowość istnienia takiego programu pilotażowego oraz jego kontynuacji w latach następnych w większej liczbie szkół. Umiejętność wykorzystania informacji obrazowej jest jednym z warunków budowy społeczeństwa informacyjnego.

In order to fully take advantage of the increasingly growing availability of photogrammetric techniques there must be an awareness on the part of the society of their high value. It is with this purpose in mind that a pilot project popularizing photogrammetry and remote sensing among high school students had been developed. It was implemented between 2000-2003 in "Gimnazjum nr 1" in Cracow. This article provides its detailed description. It contains information on the teachers, recruitment procedure and mode of activities. Next, the article discusses in detail the program of activities. Finally, it concludes the need for such a pilot project and its continuation in a larger number of schools in the next years. The know-how of the use of the information available from the images it is one of the conditions of proper development of the Information Society.
