Przedstawiono rozwój technologii gazowej stosowanej w liniach wysokiego napięcia oraz obecnie eksploatowane instalacje. Omówiono rodzaje wykorzystywanych gazów oraz zakres badań wymaganych przez IEC dla linii przesyłowych wykonanych w technologii GIL.

The paper presents progress in gas technology used in high voltage lines and installations currently operated. Gases used and scope of tests reąuired by IEC for transmission lines realized in GIL technology are discussed.

This research work suggests a new method of obtaining the artificial genetic code in the system of the electric power transmission network. On the basis of the method, a new method of support is presented to examine the regularities of structural - parametric development in the electric power transmission network, which is called the method of artificial evolution. The formulation of the artificial genetic code (information code) was based on a specific equation of the matrix of the process A (of the transmission of power and electric energy) and then, the notion of the development was linked with the motion of roots. For that purpose, Evans' root lines were applied. There have also been given examples of how to use the information code in the implementation of the system development in the electric power transmission network relying on the transmitting method of the artificial evolution.
