Modern organizations commonly use the strategy of a learning organization, and therefore operate with not only material resources, but also information resources. The collected data resources become the basis for generating business and management information. This database is maintained on various platforms using integrated BI (Business Intelligence) systems enabling knowledge to be generated through the data-mining mechanisms embedded in the artificial intelligence models. In this article, the authors focus on AI (Artificial Intelligence) models and systems based on ANN's (Artificial Neural Networks) and fuzzy set theory, which can be useful in solutions dedicated to supporting the complex management of modern organisations, and in particular the support of active functions (forecasting, planning and monitoring activities, as well as risk analysis and system effectiveness).

This paper takes into consideration the concept of liquidity planning that is based on data mining techniques. In proposed approach used the fuzzy neural system that seeks the relations in data base of enterprise. It is an alternative approach as compared to the ones that have been applied so far. The example presented in this paper relates the estimation a delay in accounts receivable payment. Additional on the base the sought rules, there can try improve the liquidity level. There was proposed, how a consultant may increase the user's acceptance relative to application of data mining techniques.

W pracy przedstawiono koncepcję planowania płynności finansowej, opartą na technikach drążenia danych. W proponowanym podejściu z wykorzystaniem systemu rozmyto-neuronowego następuje wyszukiwanie zależności w archiwum danych przedsiębiorstwa. Przedstawione w artykule narzędzie dotyczy monitorowania płynności finansowej, czyli obszaru szczególnego zainteresowania przedsiębiorstwa. W artykule opisano wyznaczanie płynności z wykorzystaniem podejść klasycznych oraz podejścia opartego na nowoczesnych technikach analizy danych. Zaproponowano również w jaki sposób konsultant przedsiębiorstwa może zwiększyć akceptację użytkownika dla technik drążenia danych.
