Methods of evaluation of reliability that arę the theoretical base of analysis of technical systems may be used at specific kind of suryey problems if the problem is complicated, number of vanables and interdependence of elements are numerous. The presented approach to determinaton of reliability measures takes into consideration features of complicated measurement process. In the paper it has been emphasized that reliability analysis should distinguish the typical geodetic tasks from suryey problems. The latter one is much more generał as the first one. That's why it needs to consider the specific features of identification problems, quantification and agregation of risk features in the system: MAN - ENVIRONMENT - SURYEY SYSTEM.

Measurement systems used at monitoring of structures deformations and displacements, as well as technical devices can collect and process survey results. Three groups of systems have been distinguished assuming as criterion recent development of technology and interdisciplinary approach. They are: geodetic, specialistic and survey-diagnostic systems. The system ABBSA-PPL is of survey-diagnostic type. It bas been constructed for monitoring of vertical displacements in continuous monitoring as well as periodical measurements. lt is composed of linear displacement transducers, control-processing unit and mechanical base which is used as the reference system for vertical displacements. Special computer program set allows to carry out some advanced data analysis of experiment results of foundation pile test load. The advanced computer procedures can also be used to optimize the program of field experiments.
