The article shows opinions of staff management based on TQM. The motivation system, based on the showed rules should be used by all organization to encourage employees to make decisions that are useful for them and the company. According to the positive influence on employees there is a need to make schooling system and profession improvement. Improving qualifications should be shown in the year plan of schooling. Managers of the company should make right conditions for including all employees in quality management works. In such system of quality management the most important is the leader. He should include all team in work organization. Employee management based on TQM is the most important thing for correct work of company and for improving quality management systems in companies based on PN - EN ISO 9000,14000,18000.
