Security [11] and quality [4] of cloud computing services represent significant factors that affect the adoption by consumers. Platform as a Service (PaaS) is one of cloud computing service models [14]. Management of database systems, middleware and application runtime environments is automated in PaaS [2]. PaaS automation management issues and requirements were collected in three rounds from information technology experts using Delphi technique. In this paper, PaaS automation quality and security management system is proposed and evaluated. Evaluation of the management system was based on experiment in a private cloud for an organization undergoing a transformation toward PaaS computing.

Na przestrzeni ostatnich kilkudziesięciu lat obserwujemy intensywny rozwój w dziedzinie gromadzenia i przechowywania danych. Systemy zarządzania bazami danych stały się zasobem krytycznym wielu firm i przedsiębiorstw, które każdego dnia przetwarzają ogromne ilości danych nagromadzonych przez ostatnie lata. Wraz ze wzrostem magazynowanych danych, przeszukiwanie ich stało się niezwykle czasochłonne. Ponadto, powielanie tego samego zapytania prowadziło do wielokrotnego przeszukiwania bazy danych. Niniejszy artykuł ma na celu przedstawienie mechanizmu Function "Result Cache" zastosowanego w Oracle 11g, który umożliwi sprawną i szybką pracę z bazą danych omijając powielanie tych samych operacji.

This paper presents a novel idea of using Function Result Cache together with Virtual Private Database (VPD) to optimize performance of data retrieval from Oracle database. The Oracle VPD defines default table access policies which transparently for users restrict data on table WHERE clause level. Such functionality implies additional restrictions to caching functionality, what can be overlooked by PL/SQL developers. Reading this paper give you important instructions how to avoid such issues.

The paper presents the assumptions and the introduction of the system related with maintenance, analysis and reporting events. Presented assumptions, design and performance of the system. Paper describes the different functionality of the system and their solutions. The paper presents the flow diagrams related to customer service. The approach serves as a type of workflow system stored in the application. Work applies to the operation football games. The event must be monitored and supervised for safety reasons since buying a ticket for entry to stadium.

Przedstawiono krótki rys historyczny rozwoju informatyki medycznej oraz główne cele stosowania informatyki w medycynie z uwzględnieniem programów e-zdrowia i e-nauczania, opis usług telematyki medycznej oraz ich wpływ na rozwój usług informatycznych. Usługi telematyki medycznej rozwijają się bardzo szybko i stanowią jeden z podstawowych elementów, które wyznaczają pozycję rozwoju społecznego i tworzą podstawy społeczeństwa informacyjnego. Opracowano etapy projektowania i realizacji systemu telemedycznego, a także omówiono tworzenie aplikacji wykorzystując systemy zarządzania bazami danych MS Access oraz Oracle.

The article has presented a very short outline of the history of the evelopment of the medical Information Technology and main aims of practicing of the Information Technology in medicine together with so called e-health and e-teaching programmes, description of medical telematics services and their influence on development of the information services. Medical telematics services are developing very fast and are constituting one of the basic elements which indicate the level of social development and make the basis of information society. In the article, there have been compiled the stages of designing and making the telemedical system, there has also been discussed the process of making applications with the aid of database managment systems mainly MS Access and Oracle.
