Globalizacja, dynamiczne, złożone i niepewne otoczenie oraz rozwój technologii informatycznych przyczyniły się do rozwoju współpracy przedsiębiorstw w formie sieci logistycznych. Z tego względu za cel artykułu przyjęto identyfikację czynników wpływających na funkcjonowanie sieci logistycznej. Na podstawie krytycznej analizy literatury przedmiotu oraz analizy danych statystycznych zbadano ponadto stopień wykorzystania technologii informatycznych w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw. Założono bowiem, że technologie informacyjne przyczyniają się do rozwoju sieci dostaw i niwelowania zagrożeń ich funkcjonowania.

Globalization, dynamic, complex and uncertain environment on one hand and the development of information technology on the other have lead businesses to cooperate more closely through logistics networks. The goal of the article is to identify the factors influencing the functioning of a logistics network and determine the advantages and disadvantages of cooperation within a network. On the basis of a critical analysis of subject literature and the analysis of statistical data the rates of implementation of IT for managing supply chains was also analyzed. It was assumed that information technologies may contribute to the development of the supply networks and to the elimination of threats to their functioning.

In the dynamically changing environment, businesses increasingly cooperate within the framework of a supply chain which coordinates and integrates processes. Such tasks can be realized through the implementation of appropriate IT systems, especially those for resource planning in individual enterprises and those for supply chains management in systems of enterprises. The goal of the article is to analyze of the level of use of IT technologies in resource planning and supply chain management in the sector of small, medium and large-sized businesses in Poland. We look closely at the following variables: the number of enterprises using ERP software packages for transmitting information between different departments (e.g., accounting, marketing, production), and the number of enterprises using information technology in supply chain management. The years 2010-2012 is the analyzed period.

W dynamicznie zmieniającym się otoczeniu przedsiębiorstwa coraz częściej podejmują współpracę w ramach łańcucha dostaw, którego głównym zadaniem jest integracja i koordynacja procesów. Zadanie to może zostać zrealizowane jedynie dzięki implementacji odpowiednich systemów informatycznych, a w szczególności systemów planowania zasobów na poziomie pojedynczego przedsiębiorstwa i systemów zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw na poziomie całej sieci podmiotów. Celem artykułu jest analiza stopnia wykorzystania technologii informacyjnych w planowaniu zasobów i w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw przez małe, średnie i duże przedsiębiorstwa w Polsce. Badaniu poddano następujące dwie zmienne: liczbę przedsiębiorstw wykorzystujących pakiety oprogramowania ERP w celu przekazywania informacji pomiędzy różnymi obszarami działalności przedsiębiorstwa (np. księgowością, marketingiem, produkcją) oraz liczbę przedsiębiorstw prowadzących elektroniczną wymianę informacji dotyczących zarządzania łańcuchem dostaw. Badaniem objęto lata 2010-2012.

Consensus determining algorithm for supply chain management systems

The purpose of article is to elaborate a consensus determination algorithm in supply chain management support systems, which may lead to achieving a greater flexibility and effectiveness of such systems. Using consensus methods in resolving the conflict of knowledge, in other words, determining a variant to be then presented to the user, based on the variants proposed by the system, may lead to shortening the variant determination time and to reducing the risk of selecting the worst variant. As a consequence, supply chain management might become more dynamic, which obviously influences the effectiveness of the operation of particular organizations and the entire supply chain. The originality is using consensus method to resolve knowledge conflicts in SCM systems to help decision-maker to take decision earning satisfy benefits.
