Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wyników symulacji zachowania się bloku gazowo-parowego (BGP) w warunkach zakłóceniowych i w procesach regulacji Krajowego Systemu Elektroenergetycznego. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników sformułowano wnioski co do właściwości BGP, oddziaływania na system elektroenergetyczny oraz możliwości uczestniczenia tych zespołów wytwórczych w procedurach związanych z procesem obrony i odbudowy KSE. Zawarto sugestie standardów technicznych, które mogą być podstawą do określania warunków przyłączenia nowych jednostek.

The aim of this paper is to present simulation results of behavior of Combined-Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) under grid fault conditions and in regulation processes of Polish Power System. On the basis of archived simulation results, conclusions were made about characteristics/properties of CCPP units, it’s influence on the system and possibilities of participation in system defending and system restitution procedures. Suggestions were enclosed about technical standards, which can be essential for determining interconnection conditions for new units.

In the paper, the basic restrictions in the starting path development are discussed. The restriction is related to the admitted time delay of 1.5 + 2 hours when the voltage to .thermal power plants must be brought and the auxiliaries of the block in outage must be started. To minimize losses, the commercial electric power plants are to be started and the power supply to the customers is to be restored as soon as possible, even under some risk conditions. In the paper, basic problems related to the start-up path's construction under blackout conditions are discussed and the results of experiments carried out in the Polish Electric Power System (KSE) are reported.
