Wzrost liczby kontenerów chłodniczych przewożonych drogą morską stawia nowe obowiązki oraz wymaga odpowiednich procedur postępowania i doświadczenia zawodowego członków załogi statku. W artykule przedstawiono ogólne problemy transportu kontenerów chłodniczych drogą morską, zasady eksploatacji kontenerów, w zakresie pracy układów sterowania i kontroli, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem regulacji temperatury. Przedstawiano procedury w czasie załadunku kontenerów w porcie, podczas podróży morskiej i wyładunku w miejscu docelowym.

The growth of the number of reefer containers transported the sea road appear new duties and requires the suitable procedures of proceeding and professional experience of the members of the crew of the ship. The general problems of the transportation by the sea road of reefer containers, the principle of the exploitation, system of steering and control with special regard of the control of the temperature were introduced in this paper. The principles of the exploitation of containers and procedure during the loading in the harbor, sea going trip and discharge in the destination port were presented.

The article presents one of the methods applied to control quality of working conditions, improved by Dupont company for many years and successfully used by many enterprises from various branches. Safety Training Oservation Programme system (STOP) is resonsible for stimulatingo employees' safe conduct as well as proper use of personal protective equipment. Implemented properly, the system assures enhancement of quality of working conditions and rising standards of safety on all postitions included in the programme. Introduced in one of manufacturing enterpises in Wielkopolska, it brought measurable profits, decreased employees' absence at work as well as number of industrial accidents.

W pracy przedstawiono System Komputerowy Kontroli i Sterowania Jakością Żeliwa na przykładzie żeliwa typu Ni-resist. W programie sterującym systemu wykorzystano metodę ATD. W pracy podano charakterystyczne wielkości wyznaczane tą metodą, stanowiące parametry kontrolne w algorytmie kontroli procesów krystalizacji oraz przedstawiono istotę komunikacji systemu z operatorem w zależności od technologii przygotowania ciekłego żeliwa. It presents Computer System of Control and Quality Steering of Ni-resist Cast Iron with use of TDA method. It serves characteristic largeness, appoint TDA method, in algorithm of process control of crystallization presenting parameter check and it presents idea of communication of system with operator depending on manner of preparation of liquid cast iron.
