The paper presents some elements of service system for example of manufacturing products. The key elements arę both Information system about clients, products, transactions etc. and fuli service centre (order, price negotiations, com-mercial agreements and contacts, marketing researches etc.). Modern costumers' service systems must consider clients' needs. Globalization causes that new conditions are on the market according to negotiations (new models of commercial negotiations). Besides company's service system should be a part of the Quality Management System and it should be connected with development strategy of the company and situation on the market.

The paper presents the issue of customer logistics. Particular attention is given to the quality of customer service. It was assumed that this subject range includes three fundamental decision areas: logistic service provider - customer, logistic services system and the range of logistic services. Theoretical considerations are supported by an estimation of logistic customer services conducted on the basis of a logistics company.

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące logistycznej obsługi klienta. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na jakość obsługi. Założono, że ten zakres tematyczny zawiera trzy podstawowe obszary decyzyjne: interakcję usługodawca logistyczny - klient, system obsługi logistycznej i zakres usług logistycznych. Rozważania teoretyczne poparto oceną logistycznej obsługi klienta, przeprowadzoną na przykładzie przedsiębiorstwa logistycznego
