Systemic Evolving Algorithm SAE was elaborate by Jerzy Tchórzewski for the necessity of study the regulan-ty of development of grand systems in electrical power engineering and was discuss inter alias in detail in following papers [13-15]. Algorithm SAE generates initial population directly from the model of electrical power engineering system which was obtained in the process of identification type th, zpk, tf, or ss and it's using adaptation function determinate from conditions system coupling with its closer and farther surroundings [3,10,11]. In the process of generation more robust population of chromosomes which are representing better solutions there are used modify cross and mutation operators, also modify selection method. There were also carry out an experiment of rating of functioning Algorithm SAE for different cross and mutation operators and for different methods of selection which was place f.e. in paper [16]. It turn out, that complementation of conception of evolving algorithms for systemic nature of system development SREE highh correct utility of evolving algorithms.
