The paper describes new methodology of building B2C information systems. Creating the model and following the methodology guarantees that project is under control and develops according to the roadmap. The new proposed approach is based on the incremental adoption of the basic model using standardized components and modules (out of the shelf approach). On one hand it guarantees evolutionary nature of the system - on the other - adopts the system to customer expectation and market trends.
