The paper presents the results of testing the performance parameters of mixtures of biosurfactants from the group of sophorolipids and alkylpolyglycosides with different alkyl chain lengths. In order to determine the synergistic and antagonistic effects in two-component surfactant systems, research was carried out to determine the performance parameters determining their use in washing preparations, such as foam height (FH) and foam stability (FS) and wetting angle analysis (CA). The results are presented in tables 3, 4 and 5. Determination of the content of the active substance in the raw material samples was carried out using the method of refractometric determination of the refractive index. Both synergistic and antagonistic effects were found. On the basis of the obtained test results, the highest synergistic effect of performance parameters was obtained for the mixture of biosurfactants from the group of sophorolipids and the alkylpolyglycoside D-glucopyranose, oligomer, C10-16-alkylglycosides. In this case, the synergy occurred for all performance parameters FH (14%), FS (28%) and CA (46%). The synergistic effects were used to design a concentrated formulation of a cleaning agent in the food industry. The planned experiment method was used in order to obtain an optimal solution in terms of ensuring the appropriate level of cleaning efficiency. A twenty-two-point experiment plan was developed based on the Scheff model in order to optimize the composition in terms of obtaining the operational parameters of the mixture constituting the formulation's framework assumed in the optimization criteria. Optimization criteria were determined on the basis of studies of commercially available analogues. Thanks to the use of formulations of raw materials exhibiting synergistic effects in the design of the frame, the foam height and stability higher than those specified in the optimization criteria were obtained.

W niniejszym artykule nawiązano do idei zachowania ciągłości procesu doskonalenia struktur i procesów gospodarczych w podnoszeniu efektywności rozwijających się złożonych systemów eksploatacji. Prospektywna ocena efektów synergetycznych dokonywana jest w warunkach niepewności i powinna uwzględniać również dynamikę przyjętego zakresu i form współpracy (koordynacji). Do projektowania i oceny skutków doskonalonych form współpracy zaleca się wykorzystanie analitycznej metody badania efektów synergetycznych.

In this article, the Author refers to the idea of continuity of the improvement process of the economic structures and the processes focused on improving the efficiency of developing complex maintenance systems. Prospective assessment of synergetic effects is carried out under conditions of uncertainty and therefore it also should take into account the dynamics of the approved scope and the form of cooperation (coordination). For the purpose of designing and assessing the effects of the highly perfected form of cooperation, the use of the analytical method of synergistic effects' analysis is recommended.

W deterministycznym modelu oceny efektów synergetycznych zastosowano linie graniczne (próg efektywności oraz linia synergii zerowej). W firmach zwiększających rozmiary działalności efekty synergetyczne tkwią we wzroście sprzedaży oraz relatywnych oszczędnościach w zużyciu zasobów. Opis modelu został dokonany z wykorzystaniem uniwersalnych mierników oceny systemów (kwoty zysku i wskaźnika produktywności). W niniejszym artykule wskazano również wybrane aspekty badań efektów synergetycznych w warunkach niepewności, zalecając przestrzeganie zasady precyzji w formalizacji form współpracy.

In the deterministic model of the assessment of synergistic effects, limiting lines (effectiveness threshold and zero synergy line) have been used. Synergistic effects within companies that increase ranges of activity are characterised by the increase in sales and relative resource consumption-related savings. The description of the model has been made with the aid of universal measures of the system's assessment (profit amount and productivity ratio). In this paper, chosen aspects of the research in the area of synergistic effects in conditions of uncertainty have been shown (where abidance to precision rule in the formalisation of the form of cooperation is recommended).

W niniejszym artykule opisano istotę analitycznej metody badania efektów synergetycznych w strategiach rozwojowych. Podstawę prezentowanego modelu eksplikacji efektów synergetycznych stanowi koncepcja systemowo-procesowej identyfikacji harmonizowanych i integrowanych obiektów. Źródła tych efektów tkwią w różnorodnych modyfikacjach wejść, wyjść i stosowanych technologii (procedur transformacji), które są możliwe dzięki współpracy pomiędzy obiektami.

In this article the fundamentals of the analytic method of synergistic effects' analysis in development strategies have been described. The basis of the presented model that allows explanation of synergistic effects is the concept of system-process identification of the integrated objects. These effects have their roots in various modifications of input, output and used technologies (transformation procedures), which are possible due to cooperation between objects.
