W artykule omówiono najnowsze prace związane z synergizmem, zaproponowano pojęcie "synergizmu" i "współczynnika synergizmu", podano i omówiono definicję współczynnika synergizmu technologii, omówiono zdefiniowane potencjalne i użytkowe właściwości części maszyn i narzędzi, porównano pojęcia "systemu tribologicznego" z wprowadzonym pojęciem "systemu aerologicznego", podano przykłady kwantyfikacji właściwości tribologicznych niektórych systemów aerologicznych w takich samych warunkach smarowania i kwantyfikacji właściwości tribologicznych wybranych środków smarowych.

The subject area of synergism began to be fashionable in the last years, but it was limited to verbally account of synergism effect. In 2000 year on proposed the introduction of idea of "synergism coefficient" to the quantification of define properties for minimum 2-elements system for quantitive them to determine. On the theme, of synergism coefficient of areological technology was executed some master's degree and one doctor's technical dissertation. In monografical book [1] generally the synergism of areological technology was described. It is true, that numerical it concerns areological technology, but in the conception it concerns not only this technologies, but generally all technologies, it is like elements and materials composition in construction and exploitation. In tribology for the theme of synergism over a dozen or so works was devoted, but without to give, of what synergism get about and what - numerically - the synergism existence was ascertained, and what the synergism was quantified. The synergism - reciprocal affect two or more factors (here: making or exploitation technology of areological system influencing on the friction and wear) either more effective then simple sum their separately affects, or egal the sum their separately affects (addytivism), or at last fewer effective, but always more then separatively affect of simple factor; at all cases can be obtain a new properties, not appearing by the working only one factor [1]. Above-mentioned kind of synergism - they are synergism: overall (complete), additiv and non-overall. Non-overall synergism - eatch positive co-operation minimum two factors. Overall synergism - particular strong cooperation only. Non-overall synergism appear very often, overall synergism - rarely. In the concerning to technology, synergism coefficient relate of the system of minimum two successive technological operation (ex. hardening and tempering), in the result of each change a determine properties of system (ex. strength, hardness, plasticity): in the simple case - only one, in the more complicated case - several properties. Synergism coefficient ks it is a multiplication factor of the change of "a" property, caused by the factor two "a2" in the rapport to this same property caused by the factor one "a1", and a factors are technological operations, by formula ks = a2/a1 Synergism of properties happen always for ks > 1. In tribology the notion of tribological system ST as a functional system two co-operating triboelements T1 i T2 and lubricant medium ŚS was introduced. In areology the notion of areological system SA as a system adequate: the core R + superficial layer WW or the base Pł (R+WW) + coating was introduced. In this mining: SA is a triboelement. Than: ST = T1 + ŚS + T2 = SA1 + ŚS + SA2 In this equation on seize functionally relations between tribology and areology and the fundamental bond between two sciences: the properties of ST depend from the properties of areological systems SA1 and SA2 of triboement T1 and T2 and from the kind and co-operation character with the lubricant medium ŚS. In the laboratory conditions triboelement T1 (or areological system SA1) usually is a investigated sample, and triboelement T2 (areological system SA2) is an antisample. In the real exploitation conditions the both triboelements (or both areological systems) are the co-operating tribological machine elements or tools and treat elements. Tribological system ST create friction point (WT). On the properties of friction point it is possible to influence by three ways: - by the using of different areological systems SA with just this same lubricant medium ŚS, - by the using of different lubricant mediums ŚS with just this same areological systems SA, - by the using different lubricant mediums ŚS and areological systems SA. In all this cases, in the result of co-operation of above mentioned of system elements it is possible to obtain: synergism, neutralism or antagonism of tribological properties, generally: wear and friction coefficient. The values of synergism for different elements and conditions was demonstrated.
