W pracy omówiono wymagania normy IEC 61869-6 w zakresie dokładności transformacji wyższych harmonicznych i sygnałów sinusoidalnych wyższych częstotliwości przez elektroniczne przekładniki prądowe i napięciowe (w tej normie nazywanych przekładnikami małej mocy). Przedstawiono, wraz z uwagami autorów, zawarte w tej normie ogólne propozycje układowe do badania dokładności przekładników w tych warunkach oraz porównano wytyczne z normami PN-EN 60044-7/8.

Previous normative requirements for electronic current and voltage transformers determined only a few guidelines on standard requirements for the accuracy of the transformation of higher harmonics (IEC 60044-7/8). The limiting values of current/voltage errors and phase displacement of the transformation of the above 50 Hz (60 Hz) frequency signals were not given. The new IEC 61869-6 standard specifies additional general requirements for low power instrument transformers for the accuracy of the transformation of higher harmonics and higher frequency sinusoidal signals. In the paper the construction of a single-phase electronic instrument transformer is presented and functions of its basic components are discussed. The requirements of IEC 61869-6 standard with regard to the accuracy of the transformation of higher harmonics and higher frequency sinusoidal signals are given in detail with presented in normative reference proposals for measuring systems together with author’s critical remarks. The IEC 61869-6 standard, although imprecise especially in the case of the described research method-ology and measuring systems, is an important and appropriate step towards systematizing the requirements for the accuracy of the transformation of higher harmonics and higher frequency sinusoidal signals by low power instrument transformers. The guidance in this standard may also be used to evaluate the broadband metrological characteristics of inductive current and voltage transformers.
