Rozważono uwarunkowania konieczności zrównoważenia wyrobów budowlanych. Poczynając od przesłanek filozoficznych, takich jak „piękna idea”, „konieczność cywilizacyjna”, aż po „imperatyw termodynamiczny”. Nawiązano do dokumentu ONZ Nasza wspólna przyszłość i encykliki ekologicznej papieża, a także do Wymagań Podstawowych, CPR-UE 305, aż po konsekwencje zasad termodynamiki. Wskazano, że zasady termodynamiczne, jako prawa naturalne, oddziałują niezależnie od ich uświadomienia i sposobu sformułowania. W budownictwie prawa termodynamiki są znacznie mniej uświadamiane niż prawa mechaniki. Pokazano, że Wymagania Podstawowe ewoluowały w historii i obecnie coraz mocniej nawiązują do zasad termodynamiki. Zdefiniowano barierę termodynamiczną i wskaźnik zysku do nakładu energetycznego (EROI) oraz przytoczono postulat przemiany prometejskiej w technologii. Przeanalizowano, jak te uwarunkowania stanowią o konieczności i ograniczeniach innowacyjności budowlanej. Podkreślono nadzieje związane z gospodarką obiegu zamkniętego i wykorzystaniem w technologii zjawiska synergii oddziaływania pomiędzy składnikami kompozytów budowlanych.

Conditions for the necessity of sustainable construction products have been considered, beginning with philosophical premises such as „a beautiful idea”, „civilization necessity” and „thermodynamic imperative”. Reference was made to the „Our Common Future” UN document, the Pope's ecological Encyclical, and to the CPR-EU 305 Basic Requirements, as well as to the consequences of the principles of thermodynamics. It has been shown that thermodynamic laws, as natural laws, act regardless of one’s awareness of their existence or the laws of their formulation. In building construction there is a lot less awareness pertaining to the laws of thermodynamics than there is surrounding the laws of mechanics. Throughout history the Basic Requirements have evolved and now are closely related to the principles of thermodynamics. In the paper the thermodynamic barrier and the profit-to-energy ratio, EROI, were defined, and the postulate of the Promethean transformation in technology was presented. An analysis was carried out of how these conditions determine the necessity and limitations of construction building innovation. In the paper there is emphasis on the hope of the further development of circular economy and the use of the synergy of interaction between the components of building composites in technology.

The notion of sustainable development becomes an increasingly important element in economic and social development planning. Therefore, in this context, such notions have appeared as: sustainable consumption, sustainable product or sustainable enterprise. The first part of the article contains identification of the notion of a sustainable enterprise and the determinants characterizing such an entity. In the second part an attempt has been made to assess whether the product in the form of an electric energy consumption management system can be considered a sustainable product. This evaluation has been conducted using the analysis of potential economic, social and environmental effects accompanying the use of electric energy consumption management systems in households. This assessment is to estimate the chances for obtaining the sustainability status by IT enterprises.

Artykuł jest próbą przedstawienia podstawowych założeń dotyczących zrównoważonego produktu żywnościowego, zaprezentowania modelu koncepcji prawnej jako wsparcia dla osadzenia go w systemie prawa oraz wskazania przykładów regulacji, które mogą stać się punktem wyjścia dla formułowania rozwiązań prawnych związanych ze zrównoważonym produktem żywnościowym. Celem opracowania jest przybliżenie samego pojęcia zrównoważonego produktu żywnościowego oraz jego odniesień do systemu prawa. W celu rozszerzenia problematyki i uwypuklenia zagadnień, będących przedmiotem opracowania, wykorzystana została metoda analizy treści i analizy dokumentów pozwalająca ukazać aktualność zagadnienia i jego istotne znaczenie ze społecznego punktu widzenia. Ponadto została zastosowana metoda dogmatyczno-prawna. Pozwoliła ona na przeanalizowanie materiału badawczego, który stanowiły monografie, periodyki, broszury informacyjne, jak również akty prawa międzynarodowego, unijnego i krajowego, wykazując wieloaspektowość omawianej kwestii i jej istotne znaczenie z punktu widzenia zarówno producentów, jak i konsumentów. Została zastosowana wykładnia językowa i celowościowa.

The article is an attempt to present the basic assumptions regarding a sustainable food product, to present the model of the legal concept as a support for its embedding in the legal system and to indicate examples of regulations that may become a starting point for formulating legal solutions binding to it. The aim of the study is to present the very concept of a sustainable food product and its references to the legal system. In order to broaden the issues and emphasize the issues being the subject of the study, the method of content analysis and document analysis was used to show the relevance of the issue and its significant social importance. In addition, the dogmatic and exegetical method was applied. It allowed the analysis of the research material, demonstrating the multifaceted nature of the discussed issue and its significant importance from the point of view of both producers and consumers. A linguistic and teleological interpretation was used.

Współcześnie wdrażane innowacje produktowe i procesowe muszą wykazywać cechy akceptowalne przez odbiorców i środowisko naturalne. Celem artykułu była identyfikacja cech określających środowiskową akceptację projektowanego produktu oraz wskazanie i ustalenie powiązania tych atrybutów z wartościami determinującymi jego zrównoważenie. Przedmiotem analizy były modelowe emulsje tłuszczowe wytworzone w procesie homogenizacji. W badaniach wykorzystano diagram macierzowy typu L. Określenie rodzaju i siły związku pomiędzy analizowanymi parametrami przeprowadzono zgodnie z modelem grupowego podejmowania decyzji w formie grupy interaktywnej. Oceniany produkt uznano za najbliższy realizacji idei zrównoważenia w zakresie bezpieczeństwa zdrowotnego.

Nowadays implemented product and process innovations must show attributes that are acceptable to both customers and the natural environment. The aim of the article was to identify the features defining the environmental acceptance of the designed product and to indicate and establish the connection of these attributes with the values determining its sustainability. The subject of the analysis were model fat emulsions produced during the homogenization process. The L-type matrix diagram was used in the research. The determination of the type and strength of the relationship between the analyzed parameters was carried out in accordance with the group decision-making model in the form of an interactive group. The assessed product was considered the closest to the implementation of the idea of sustainability in the field of health safety.

W artykule autorka rozważa korzyści jakie środowisku naturalnemu przynosi generowanie innowacyjnych, zrównoważonych produktów. W tym celu przeprowadzona została analiza właściwości produktu wytworzonego zgodnie z zasadami zrównoważonego rozwoju oraz jego wpływ na środowisko. Bazą opracowania stała się kwerenda literatury zarówno zagranicznej jak i polskiej jak również badania dotyczące negatywnego wpływu prowadzonej działalności biznesowej na planetę Ziemię oraz analiza przypadku.

In the article, the author considers the benefits that the generation of innovative, sustainable products brings to the natural environment. For this purpose, an analysis of the properties of the product made in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and its impact on the environment was carried out. The basis of the study has been the query of both foreign and Polish literature as well as studies on the negative impact of business operations on the planet Earth and case studies.
