The article analyses the process of large-scale road transport of softwood. Research conducted on medium and small enterprises resulted in the formulation of technical and operational indicators of the transport unit. The indicators enabled the determination of the transport organization efficiency. The researchers verified the influence of the size of processing enterprises and their raw material purchasing structure on the rationale of deliveries and costs related to their implementation.

Każda wprowadzona lub planowana zmiana w organizacji i logistyce dostaw surowca, również buraków cukrowych do przerobu w cukrowniach, potrzebuje narzędzi pozwalających na ocenę zasadności wdrażanych rozwiązań. Właściwe zarządzanie organizacją i przebiegającymi w niej procesami wymaga wsparcia w postaci odpowiednich metod ich pomiaru oraz efektywności. Dopiero dostęp do jak najszerszej informacji umożliwia prowadzenie pełnej i bieżącej analizy poszczególnych procesów wraz z oceną ich wpływu na pozostałe elementy przedsiębiorstwa. Analiza efektywności to podstawowe narzędzie w kontekście pełnej konkurencyjności działań podejmowanych przez przedsiębiorstwa działające w danej branży. Artykuł prezentuje założenia metodyczne oraz wstępne wyniki badań nad tą problematyką.

Only the widest possible access to information allows carrying out a full and ongoing analysis of individual processes, together with an assessment of their impact on other parts of the company. Effectiveness analysis is a basic tool in the context of fully competitive actions by companies operating in your industry. The paper presents the methodological assumptions and preliminary results of research on this topic.

W pracy zaprezentowano znaczenie logistyki w procesie przemieszczania się surowców i towarów, jednocześnie wskazując na zagrożenia związane z występowaniem ryzyka w transporcie. Zostały określone grupy ryzyka na jakie napotykają przedsiębiorstwa transportowe realizując działalność przewozu towarów. W przypadku sektora usług logistycznych w wyniku postępującej globalizacji przedsiębiorstwa stając w obliczu coraz bardziej skomplikowanych systemów w łańcuchach dostaw muszą monitorować ryzyko na każdym możliwym etapie jego występowania.

The paper presents the importance of logistics in the process of movement of raw materials and goods, pointing at the same time the risks associated with threats in transport. There have been identified the risks Logistyka - nauka faced by transport companies carrying out the activities of goods transportation. The of companies of logistics services sector as a result of increasing globalization are facing the increasing complexity in chains supplying systems and must monitor a risk at an every possible stage of its occurrence.

W pracy przedstawiono logistykę dostaw surowców do biogazowni rolniczej. Wskazano rodzaje substratów używanych do wytwarzania biogazu z podaniem głównych problemów przy przewozie poszczególnych rodzajów biomasy. Ponadto opisano główne problemy przy zaopatrywaniu w substraty stałe i płynne. Opisano platformę cyfrową rynku lokalnej biomasy jako przykład logistycznego zarządzania systemem dystrybucji substratów w bioelektrowniach. Dodatkowo przedstawiono dobór środków transportu drogowego do przewozu biomasy w zależności od miejsca załadunku, ilości i rodzaju asortymentu transportowanego ładunku.

The paper presents the logistics of raw materials for agricultural biogas plant. Specified types of substrates used in the production of biogas from giving the main problems in the carriage of various types of biomass. Furthermore, it describes the main problems with the supply of liquid and solid substrates. Describes the digital platform of the local market of biomass as an example of the logistics distribution system management of the substrates in biogas plant. In addition, article shows the selection of means of road transport to transport plant biomass depending on the place of loading, the quantity and type of the product.
