Światowe kierunki rozwoju takiej żywności mogą pomóc podjąć decyzję o produkcji podobnych wyrobów.

The paper presents market research-based data on interests in functional and natural foods sales in the USA market. The global development trends promoting such foods can help decide on the manufacture of similar products.

Sinice z rodzaju Arthrospira, znane pod nazwą handlową spirulina, stanowią główny składnik wielu suplementów diety. Liczne badania naukowe potwierdzają korzyści płynące ze stosowania tych suplementów, a naukowcy i lekarze wciąż odkrywają ich kolejne zalety i zastosowania. Arthrospira jest bogatym źródłem białka, makro- i mikroelementów oraz witamin. Przyjmowanie preparatów na bazie tych bakterii wspomaga profilaktykę powstawania nowotworów i hamuje rozwój już istniejących. Ponadto są wykorzystywane w leczeniu anemii, wykazują właściwości antyoksydacyjne, przeciwbakteryjne i przeciwwirusowe, poprawiają funkcjonowanie układu immunologicznego, biorą udział w zapobieganiu powstawania miażdżycy i stłuszczenia wątroby oraz poprawiają perystaltykę jelit. Nie bez powodu więc produkty te nazywane są suplementami XXI w., gdyż każdy z nich ma wiele właściwości zdrowotnych i odżywczych. Na polskim rynku dostępnych jest coraz więcej produktów spożywczych z dodatkiem spiruliny.

Cyanobacteria of the Arthrospira genus, also known under the trade name “Spirulina”, are major ingredients of many dietary supplements. While scientists are still discovering their further advantages and applications of use, numerous scientific studies have confirmed the benefits of these supplements. Arthrospira is a rich source of protein, macro- and micronutrients and vitamins. Ingesting preparations containing these bacteria prevents cancer and inhibits the growth of the existing one. Furthermore, Arthrospira bacteria are used in the treatment of anemia; they exhibit antioxidant, antibacterial and antiviral activity; they improve the functioning of the immune system; they prevent the formation of atherosclerosis and hepatic steatosis; and they improve peristalsis. Not without reason these products have been dubbed the supplements of the 21st century, as one genus provides such a broad range of health and nutritional benefits. There are more and more food products with spirulina on the Polish market.

Main frames of the now-a-day Law of Vietnam on prospecting, exploration, mining and processing of minerals has been presented. Within the scope of this article are included : Mineral Law (provides for the management, protection and basic geological surveys of mineral resources and mineral activities including prospecting, exploring, mining and processing of minerals in solid and gaseous forms, mineral water and natural thermal water, except oil and gas and other types of natural water, which shall be subjected to separate legal regulations), Law on amendments and supplement of some articles of the Mineral Law (amends and supplements some articles of the above mentioned Mineral Law) and Decree of the Government stipulating detailed provisions on the implementation of the law on amendment and supplement of some articles of the Mineral Law (provides detailed regulations for the implementation of the Mineral Law and of the Law on amendments and supplement of some articles of the Mineral Law). The possibilities of the geological mining activities of foreign entrepreneurs in Vietnam have been presented. Some indications of the legal-organizational origin, valuable to undertake successful activity, have been suggested.
