The description of comparative study realization of commercially available supercapacitors, which belong to the same series, has been presented in this paper. The fundamental parameters of a simple equivalent model have been pointed out and the dispersion of all family parameters has been defined. The theoretical principles of used method, the construction of test bench and methodology of carrying out measurements have also been presented. The theoretical considerations have been illustrated by measurement and simulation results.

W pracy zawarty został opis przebiegu realizacji badań porównawczych grupy 12 komercyjnie dostępnych superkondensatorów należących do tej samej serii. Wyznaczono podstawowe parametry prostego modelu zastępczego oraz określono ich rozrzut dla całej badanej grupy. W pracy przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne zastosowanych metod, konstrukcję stanowiska pomiarowego oraz metodykę przeprowadzenia pomiarów. Rozważania teoretyczne zilustrowano wynikami badań eksperymentalnych oraz symulacyjnych.

W pracy zawarta została analiza możliwości wykorzystania stałoprądowej metody pomiarowej do określania parametrów modelu zastępczego superkondesatorów. Przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne metody, konstrukcję specjalistycznego stanowiska pomiarowego oraz metodykę przeprowadzenia pomiarów. Rozważania teoretyczne zilustrowano wynikami badań eksperymentalnych wybranej grupy superkondesatorów.

An analysis of DC measurement method utilization for determination of the supercapacitors equivalent model parameters has been presented. The used method theoretical principles and the construction of specialized test bench as well as methodology carrying out measurements have also been presented. The theoretical considerations have been illustrated by the measurement results of selected group of supercapacitors.

W artykule omówiono wybrane zagadnienia aplikacyjne związane ze stosowaniem komercyjnych modułów superkondensatorów. Przedstawiono zalety i wady rozwiązań zawierających moduły superkondensatorów w odniesieniu do rozwiązań wykorzystujących pojedyncze superkondensatory. Zaprezentowano wyniki badań baterii złożonej z czterech modułów 500F/16V połączonych szeregowo-równolegle. Wyjaśniono rolę przetwornic DC/DC stosowanych do stabilizacji napięcia wyjściowego baterii oraz zaprezentowano dwa wybrane rozwiązania.

In the paper selected aspects of applications of the commercial supercapacitors modules were discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of the supercapacitors modules usage against the usage of the separate supercapacitors were also described. Authors presented the results of tests of the four modules battery with 500F/16V capacity, connected in the serial-parallel manner. The application of the DC/DC converters as the output voltage stabilizers and two selected projects were described as well.
