W artykule opisano modyfikację teorii Avramiego całkowitej kinetyki przemiany przystosowanej do bainitu dolnego w zakresie swing back. W opisie całkowitej kinetyki przemiany zachodzi równoczesny rozpad austenitu na dwa produkty, które posiadają oddzielne krzywe C. Obie przemiany zachodzą przez tworzenie skupisk równoległych płytek zwanych jako wiązki. W modelu, szerokość subpłytek na szczycie wiązki jest taka sama jak w miejscu zarodkowania, rosną one liniowo do ograniczonego rozmiaru w funkcji czasu.

This paper describes a modification of the Avrami overall transformation kinetics theory adapted to lower bainite in the swing back range. The overall transformation kinetics includes the simultaneous decomposition of austenite into two transformation products that have separate C-curves. Both transformations occur by means of a formation of new, paralled platelets in clusters known as sheaves. The width of a subunit near the tip of a sheaf is approximately the same as in a nucleation site of others. They grow to limited size with linear dependence in time.

The article shows the results of polls conducted on a sample of 385 professional soldiers, 416 conscripts and sociometric research carried out in 18 subunits. Team work, that is an immanent feature of combat actions, proves that in order to achieve combat training tasks the essential role is played by endeavours that aim at forging the sections, companies, divisions and battalions to be teams able to take and conduct common tasks. Empirical data show, however, that social phenomena occurring in the army make achieving this state of subunits difficult. They include, among others, divergences between individual tasks of the subunit members and the team tasks, domination of outer constraint in didactic - educational actions, social stratification of the subunit structure into groups of opposite interests, subculture life.
