W artykule opisano relacje międzyludzkie studentów o różnych wariantach studiów: stacjonarnych i niestacjonarnych, a także to, jak działają i porozumiewają się oni poza uczelnią. Kluczowym elementem artykułu są różnice zawarte pomiędzy rozwijaniem się relacji i wspólną oraz samodzielną pracą studentów. Opisano rozwój życia towarzyskiego i to jak wygląda organizacja pracy na studiach. Zawarto także charakterystykę programu ERASMUS, opisano rozwój relacji międzyludzkich na przykładzie studentów studiujących w Akademii Wojsk Lądowych (AWL) oraz studentów z wymiany, którzy poznają, jak wygląda nauka na studiach w Polsce, poznają tutejszych ludzi i ich zwyczaje, odmienną od własnej kulturę, nowe zasady oraz tradycje. Ostatnią częścią artykułu jest pokazanie w wyniku własnych badań tego jak układają się relacje pomiędzy studentami w różnych grupach oraz o różnych wariantach studiów. Poprzez ankietę dokonano wiwisekcji tego jak kwestia relacji międzyludzkich klaruje się na uczelni wśród studentów studiujących stacjonarnie oraz niestacjonarnie.

The article describes the interpersonal relationships of students with different variants of study: full-time and part-time, as well as how they operate and communicate outside the university. The key element of the article are the differences between the development of relationships and the joint and independent work of students. The development of social life and the organization of work during studies are described. The characteristics of the ERASMUS program are also included, the development of interpersonal relations is described, for example, students studying at the Military University of Land Forces (MULF) and exchange students who get to know what studying in Poland looks like, get to know the local people and their habits, a culture different from one's own, new rules and traditions. The last part of the article is to show, as a result of my own research, how the relations between students in different groups and about different variants of study are arranged. Through the questionnaire, a vivisection was made of how the issue of interpersonal relations is clarified at the university among full-time and part-time students.
