Niniejszy artykuł porusza zagadnienia związane ze strukturą budynku w aspekcie budynku zabytkowego Wroniecka 23 (Poznań), stanowi kontynuację prac badawczych1 prowadzonych od 2016 roku i koncentrujących się na pojęciu struktury (łac. structura ‘budowa, sposób budowania’). W pracy przedstawiono układ wzajemnych relacji elementów stanowiących całość oraz synergię między strukturą budynku, technicznym wyposażeniem, obudową zewnętrzną i obudową wewnętrzną.

“Structure of Nearly Zero-energy Building (Stage III)” discusses the issues regarding construction of a building with reference to the historic tenement house at ul. Wroniecka 23 (Poznań). It is a continuation of research works conducted since 2016 which focus on the definition of ‘structure’ (latin structura – ‘construction, way of building’). The work presents the system of relations between elements which constitute the whole and the synergy between the structure of the building, its technical equipment, interior and exterior envelope.

Przekształcenia funkcjonalno-użytkowe budynków, dokonywane w procesach modernizacji pojedynczych obiektów lub całych ich zespołów, zazwyczaj mają znaczący wpływ na wnętrze, architekturę i konstrukcję budynku.

Functional conversions of the buildings, performed in the process of revitalization, usually have a significant impact on the architecture and the structure of the building. The susceptibility to transformation should be the subject of analysis, before the design process starts. There are three basic ways of converting existing buildings – refurbishment, vertical and lateral extension. Refurbishment is related to spatial changes in the interior, for example – joining the adjacent flats or inserting a mezzanine, or other conversions of the building’s interior, including the structure. Library building, in The Jacob of Paradyż University of Applied Sciences in Gorzów Wielkopolski campus, illustrates the specificity of refurbishment.

Obowiązujące aktualnie przepisy prawne regulujące zagadnienia wentylacji naturalnej budynków w wielu obszarach są niejednoznaczne, a niekiedy wręcz ze sobą sprzeczne. Ponadto praktycznie nie są one stosowane podczas planowania i wykonywania prac remontowych i modernizacyjnych. Sytuacja taka prowadzi do stosowania rozwiązań powodujących poważne zaburzenia w działaniu wentylacji grawitacyjnej. W dużej części budynków zaburzenia te są wynikiem dostarczenia do pomieszczeń zbyt małej ilości powietrza zewnętrznego. Jednak jak wykazały przeprowadzone przez autorów badania, ze względu na kształtowanie warunków mikroklimatu wnętrz, podstawowe znaczenie ma nie tylko strumień objętościowy dostarczanego powietrza zewnętrznego, ale również rozmieszczenie elementów dostarczających to powietrze oraz struktura wewnętrzna budynku. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań parametrów opisujących mikroklimat wewnętrzny w typowym budynku biurowym, który został poddany modernizacji ingerującej w strukturę wewnętrzną budynku.

Current laws regulating air flow in buildings are, in many cases, not clear and in some cases even contradictory. Besides, they are not respected at the stages of planning and carrying out repairs and modernizing jobs. Such situation leads to solutions which are not satisfactory and disturbing gravitational air flow. Based on research performed, the authors found that not only the volume of the air flowing from the outside is important, but also distribution of the elements which provide this flow, and the indoor structure of the building as well. The paper presents the results of the investigation on the parameters characterizing indoor microclimate of an office building. The office building underwent a modernization process, which interfered with the inner structure of the building.
