W artykule przedstawiono propozycję metody pomiaru ryzyka strategii przedsiębiorstwa, na podstawie modelu empirycznego, wykorzystującego metodę Monte Carlo i dwuwymiarową zmienną losową. Ponadto, przedstawiono sposób oceny ryzyka strategii przedsiębiorstwa z punktu widzenia przyjętych kryteriów skuteczności i ekonomicznej efektywności oraz prawdopodobieństwa zajścia zdarzeń niesprzyjających realizacji strategii.

The article presents a proposition of using the method of measurement of strategic risk for a company to be based on empirical model using Monte Carlo Method and two-dimensional random variable. Furthermore in the article the Risk evaluation method was presented, from the perspective of effectiveness criteria, economic efficiency, and probability of events unfavourbale for the execution of the strategy.

Opcje rzeczywiste znajdują zastosowanie w sytuacjach decyzyjnych stwarzających możliwość wyboru kierunku, rodzaju i momentu podjęcia decyzji i dotyczących głównie obszarów oceny projektów inwestycyjnych, wyceny przedsiębiorstw, projektowania strategii przedsiębiorstw. Analogie występujące pomiędzy opcjami finansowymi i rzeczywistymi nie powinny przesłaniać istotnych różnic. Nabywca opcji rzeczywistej ma możliwość wpływania na kształt projektu (walor bazowy) oraz na poziom niepewności związanej a tym walorem. Będąc wykonawcą projektu, nabywca opcji może podejmować działania na rzecz opóźnienia jej wygaśnięcia. Metoda opcji rzeczywistych jest adekwatna do oceny projektów o wysokim stopniu strukturalizacji z wyraźnie zdefiniowanymi kryteriami wykonania opcji. Problemy decyzyjne charakteryzujące się słabym stopniem strukturalizacji, brakiem zdeterminowanej technologii i/lub rynku docelowego powinny być analizowane na gruncie podejść wykorzystujących koncepcję "zależności ścieżki"

Real options may be applied in decisions implying the choice of the scope, scale and timing of investment projects. They may be also used as o tool of company valuation. Analogies between financial and real option should not overshadow the differences between these two option concepts. Real option buyer can influence the shape of the investment project as well the level of uncertainty related to the project. Being the part of the project, the investor may hold interest in not letting the option to expire. Real options method is adequate for evaluation of well structured projects with clearly defined option expiry conditions. Less structured, sequential projects may be analyzed using the concept of path dependence.

Chances and menaces to the economic factors in the process of realization of the ńnancing activity strategy by the enterprises from Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province When planning the financing activity strategy one should take into consideration the economic factors which make part of external factors being independent on decisions madę by the enterprise. The article is concerned with some economic factors and the way they influence the financing strategy. It points out that the most important role for the current and future realization of strategy is played by such factors as: economic cycle, the policy of shaping interest ratę, tax and currency ratę policies. The antiinflation policy as well as the cus-toms policy do not influence much the strategy realization.

The value chain framework proposed by M.E. Porter is generally accepted tool for representing and analyzing of firm-level value creation. However, this tool is not applicable to service sectors. Hence the models based on Thompson's typology of long-linked, intensive and mediating technology were proposed. Long linked technology delivers value by transforming inputs into products while satisfies Porter's value chain model. The intensive technology delivers value by resolving unique customer problems and is adequate modeled by value shop. The mediating technology delivers value by enabling exchanges between customers. The paper presents three value configuration models: the Porter's value chain, the value shop, and value notework proposed by Ch.B. Stabell and 0.D.Fjeldstad. The value creation logic, activities and the procedures of competitive advantage diagnosis are presented. These procedures consist of analysis for competitive advantage, the drivers of costs and value, and strategic positioning options.

The basic condition for the subsistence and development of a company is to choose a specific development strategy. The article is a presentation of strategy division criteria, as well as policy types established in accordance with those criteria. Whereas there is a certain homogeneity of depictions at the criterion level, what dominates at the type level is absolute discretion and inconsistency.

The strategic analysis is pointing out the strong and weak points of the organization, and the opportunities and threats flowing from the surroundings.
