W artykule zaprezentowano problematykę dotyczącą przewozu materiałów niebezpiecznych w przewozach intermodalnych. Skupiono uwagę na jednostki intermodalne używane są do przewozów masowych towarów płynnych różnymi rodzajami transportu uważane w większości za materiały niebezpieczne. Następnie omówiono stan terminali intermodalnych w Polsce, a następnie odniesiono się do stanu prawnego i przepisów obowiązujących. Wskazano aktualne trendy i perspektywy w rozwoju przewozu materiałów niebezpiecznych w przewozach intermodalnych.

The article presents issues related to the transport of hazardous materials in intermodal transport. Attention has been paid to intermodal units used for mass transport of liquid goods with various modes of transport, which are mostly considered as hazardous materials. Next, the state of intermodal terminals in Poland was discussed, and then the legal status and applicable regulations were referred to. Current trends and perspectives in the development of the transport of hazardous materials in intermodal transport were indicated.

W artykule przedstawione zostały podstawowe zależności opisujące usytuowanie kontenerów w jednej warstwie lub miejsc składowych dla jednostek ładunkowych transportu intermodalnego, na placu manipulacyjno – składowych. Wyprowadzono ogólne wzory na określenie liczby jednostek transportu intermodalnego składowych na placu przy uwzględnieniu ustalonych wielkości, m.in.: szerokość oraz długość powierzchni przeznaczonej na składowanie, liczbę oraz szerokość wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych dróg manewrowych i innych. Dokonano ogólnej charakterystyki podstawowych układów ustawienia jednostek transportu intermodalnego na placach składowych, wzbogaconych o podstawowe schematy. Ponadto przedstawiano również porównanie analityczne dla poszczególnych ustawień kontenerów w oparciu o wyprowadzone wzory.

The paper presents the elementary formulas connected to describing containers or intermodal loading units allocation in storage yard terminal. It is assumed to consider containers or intermodal loading units handling in a single layer in storage yard containers terminal, that means loading units are handled on the ground. General mathematical formulas to determinate a quantity of intermodal transport units storage on a storage-yard were introduced, taking into account parameters such as for example: width and length of the space dedicated to storage of intermodal loading units, the number and width of the internal and external aisles and cross-aisles, etc. The general characteristics of elementary settings systems of intermodal transport units in storage yards were described. In addition, a comparison of analytical allocation settings for each container, based on the proposed formulas, were also presented.
