Praca dotyczy problematyki oceny znaczenia punktów przystankowych i ich roli w systemach miejskiego transportu publicznego. Przedstawiono ogólny opis punktów wymiany pasażerów i propozycję kryteriów służących do ich oceny. Opracowany model oceny może być użyteczny dla organów zajmujących się doborem charakterystyk i wyposażenia infrastruktury przystankowej w miejskim publicznym transporcie zbiorowym.

The paper concerns the issue of assessing the significance of stops and their role in urban public transport systems. A general description of the stops and a proposal for the criteria for their evaluation have been described. The model can be useful for the authorities involved the selection of the characteristics and the equipment of the infrastructure of stops in the urban public transport.

The article presents ways and goals of categorization of railway stations and stops in the Czech railway network. The aim of this categorization is to classify railway stations (or stops) in the railway network according to a suite of entrance parameters (e.g. municipality population, transfer links, job opportunities, tourist attractiveness). On the basis of these parameters, railway stations and stops will be classified into several categories, which will be used to specify the conclusions for station equipment concerning ticket offices, commercial services, waiting rooms and other accessories. Research results can be used as a support for infrastructure managers and railway operators to optimise the scale of their services.

Der Aufsatz stellt die Weisen und Ziele der Haltepunkts- und Stationskategorisierung auf dem Tschechischen Eisenbahnstreckennetz vor. Seine Absicht ist die Stationen (bzw. Haltepunkte) auf dem Streckennetz nach einem Set der Eingabeparametern (z. B. die Größe der anliegenden Gemeinde, Umsteigeverbindungen, Arbeitsgelegenheiten, touristische Attraktivität) zu kategorisieren. Aufgrund dieser Eingabeparametern werden die Stationen und Haltepunkte in einige Kategorien einsortiert, mithilfe deren werden nachfolgend Folgerungen abgeleitet, wie der Bahnhof in Bezug auf Abfertigung, Kommerzräume, Warteflächen und andere Ausstattung eingerichtet sein sollte. Die Forschungsergebnisse können den Eisenbahnbetreibern im Gebiet des Umfangs der Fahrgastdienstleistungen wie eine Anleitung dienen.

W artykule podjęto tematykę wiat przystankowych funkcjonujących w transporcie zbiorowym w Polsce. Omówiono zagadnienia prawne związane z ich realizacją oraz przedstawiono przykłady nowoczesnych obiektów, jakie w ostatnim okresie wykonano w naszym kraju. Podano podstawowe informacje na temat stosowanych rodzajów, form, konstrukcji, materiałów oraz wyposażenia wiat przystankowych. Przedstawiono aktualne regulacje prawne dotyczące budowy i użytkowania tego typu obiektów budowlanych, jakie zawarto w ustawie Prawo Budowlane. Podano i przedyskutowano przepisy prawne kwalifikujące wiaty przystankowe jako obiekty, które budowa nie wymagają pozwolenia na budowę, a jedynie zgłoszenia. Omówiono także konsekwencje takiego stanu rzeczy, związane z brakiem precyzyjnego wymogu wykonywania i przedkładania obliczeń statyczno-wytrzymałościowych konstrukcji wiat na etapie ich zgłaszania odpowiedniemu organowi administracji publicznej przez rozpoczęciem inwestycji. Na tym tle omówiono również procedury, jakie w trakcie realizacji wiat przystankowych stosowane są w praktyce. W kolejnej części artykułu przedstawiono przykłady nowoczesnych i nowatorskich wiat przystankowych, jakie w ostatnim czasie zrealizowano w Polsce. Zaprezentowano konstrukcję, rozwiązania materiałowe, wizualizacje oraz fotografie wiat wykonanych w centrum Szczecina oraz w historycznym i nowoczesnym obszarze Warszawy. Należy zauważyć i podkreślić, że dzięki profesjonalnemu podejściu projektantów i wykonawców oraz zastosowaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań, w obiektach tych udało się osiągnąć interesujące efekty architektoniczne i designerskie, a przede wszystkim zagwarantować wysoki poziom bezpieczeństwa ich użytkowania.

The bus shelters operating in public transport in Poland are the topic of the paper. The legal issues related to the construction and examples of modern objects, which recently have been built in our country are discussed. The basic information on the most commonly used types, forms, structure, materials and equipment of bus shelters is presented. Current legislation regarding the construction and use of such building objects which are included in the Building Law in Poland are shown. The legislation that qualifies the bus shelters as objects whose construction does not require a building permit, but only notification, are given and discussed. The consequences of this state related to the lack of precise requirement to perform and present the static-strength calculations at the stage of their submission to the relevant public authority before the start of investment are also discussed. Against this background, the procedures used in practice during the building of the bus shelters, are shown. In the next part, the examples of modern and innovative bus shelters that have been recently built in Poland are presented. The design, material solutions, visualizations and photographs of bus shelters built in the center of Szczecin and the historical and contemporary Warsaw area are shown. With the professional approach of designers and contractors as well as application of innovative solutions for these objects, the interesting architecture and design results have been achieved, and above all, a high level of safety in use was ensured.

Tematyka artykułu dotyczy wiat przystankowych, będących integralnym elementem transportu zbiorowego w Polsce. Mając na uwadze obserwowane uszkodzenia i katastrofy tych obiektów, skupiono się na aspektach projektowych i wykonawczych związanych z ich realizacją i funkcjonowaniem w naszym kraju. Przedstawiono podstawowe wymogi projektowe stawiane wiatom przystankowym w zakresie ich nośności i bezpieczeństwa użytkowania. Zestawiono i omówiono najistotniejsze oddziaływania (obciążenia), które należy uwzględniać w trakcie obliczania i wymiarowania wiat, analizując jednocześnie statykę ich konstrukcji. Skupiono się na poszczególnych elementach, takich jak fundamenty (posadowienie), elementy nośne oraz poszycie dachu i ścian, przedstawiając szczegółowo ich funkcjonowanie oraz wytyczne i zalecenia w zakresie poprawnego ich projektowania. Szczegółowo omówiono zalecenia dotyczące projektowania posadowienia wiat, dyskutując zalety poszczególnych typów i rozwiązań fundamentów. Uwadze poddano również elementy nośne konstrukcji wiat, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem elementów wykonanych z blach cienkich, które są podatne na przeciążenia i łatwo ulegają uszkodzeniom. Jednocześnie przedstawiono i szczegółowo omówiono błędy popełniane na etapie projektowania i wykonywania omawianych elementów oraz przedyskutowano uszkodzenia, na jakie są one narażone w przypadku nieprzestrzegania wymagań normowych. Zagadnienia te zobrazowano przypadkami relacjonowanych uszkodzeń i katastrof wiat, jakie miały miejsce w naszym kraju w ostatnich latach. Omówiono również błędy popełniane podczas projektowania i montażu poszczególnych elementów konstrukcyjnych i wykończeniowych oraz aspekty dotyczące trwałości wiat przystankowych w kontekście stosowanych rozwiązań materiałowych.

Topics of the paper include issues related the bus shelters, which are an integral part of public transportation in Poland. Due to their failures and construction disasters, the design and construction issues related to the construction of such objects in our country are discussed. The basic design requirements imposed to the bus shelters in terms of their capacity and safety are presented. The most significant actions (loads) that should be included in the analysis and designing of the shelters were collated and discussed, as well as a static work of the structure. The focus is on the individual components, such as the foundation, support elements and a roof and walls covering, giving details of their work as well as guidelines and recommendations for the proper design. Detail recommendations for foundation design of bus shelters is given, discussing the advantages of different options and types of foundations. In this regard, the supporting structure of the shelters is analyzed and discussed, with particular emphasis on components made of thin sheet metal that are susceptible to overloading and are easily damaged. Faults which are made in the design and implementation of the various elements of shelters with the possible damage to which they are exposed in the event of non-compliance of code is presented and discussed in detail. The cases of damages and disaster shelters that took place in Poland in recent years are also reported. The mistakes made during installation or due to poor design of individual components and finishes and problems of durability of shelters were also discussed in the context of applied material solutions.

W artykule poruszono niektóre zagadnienia związane z rolą transportu tramwajowego i autobusowego w obsłudze dojazdów pasażerów do wybranych stacji i przystanków na terenie Wrocławia. Omówiono przebieg tras środków komunikacji zbiorowej w otoczeniu stacji i lokalizację przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Sformułowano ważniejsze wady przydworcowych fragmentów istniejącego systemu komunikacji miejskiej oraz podano propozycje korekt zwiększających jej funkcjonalność w obsłudze pasażerów podróżujących koleją.

Several problems connected with the part of tram and bus transport in service of the journeys of passengers to selected stations and halts in the range of Wroclaw were touched in the paper. There was discussed the course of the routs of public communication means in the surroundings of the stations. The location of halts of municipal communication was also analysed. The more important defects of station-side fragments of existing system of urban communication were formulated. Some proposals of corrections enlarging the functionality of urban transport in service of railway passengers were given.
