The paper presents continuation of a problem presented in the first part and contains results of hydraulic analysis which proved that bottom-wide trapezoid channels could be hydraulically calculated as rectangular ones. This could be done after some reduction of flow intensity in a trapezoid channel. Some approximate formula were also analysed and it was estimated their usefulness for engineering calculations from the viewpoint of results accuracy they give. Finally the authors recommended a project procedure for stage of falls situated on streams and mountain rivers of trapezoid and bottom-wide section. The procedure consists in use of a substitute calculation scheme such as for a rectangular channel.
