Zakład Remontowo-Produkcyjny Bieruń (ZRP) zabezpiecza wszelkie potrzeby PGG SA związane ze zmechanizowanymi obudowami ścianowymi. Obejmują one produkcję nowych obudów, modernizacje oraz remonty. Szczególnym zadaniem ZRP jest również zabezpieczenie tych potrzeb w przyszłości. Z wymienionych względów zakład prowadzi aktywną działalność projektową, powołał biuro konstrukcyjne rozwijające konstrukcje własne, ukierunkowane na zabezpieczenie aktualnych i przyszłościowych potrzeb, z uwzględnieniem wysokich standardów bezpieczeństwa. Potrzeby przyszłościowe to obudowy o zwiększonych podpornościach i podziałkach, przystosowane do zmieniających się warunków górniczych i eksploatacyjnych, wyposażone w stosowne do przyszłych potrzeb zabezpieczenia przed przeciążeniami i sterownia. Ponadto prowadzi intensywną działalność obejmującą standaryzację produkcji, jej unifikację, co ma istotne znaczenie dla ograniczenia kosztów eksploatacji.

Zakład Remontowo Produkcyjny Bieruń secures all PGG SA needs concerning the mechanized longwall roof supports. They include the production of the new mechanized longwall roof supports, modernization and repairs. A special task of ZRP is also to secure these needs in the future. Due to the above-mentioned reasons, the department conducts active project activities, established a design office developing its own structures, aimed at securing current and future needs, taking into account high safety standards. Future needs are enclosures with increased supports and graduations, adapted to changing mining and operational conditions, equipped with future-proof protection against overloading and control. In addition, it conducts intensive activities including standardization of production, its unification, which is important to reduce operating costs.

Kompleksowa ocena warunków pracy jest źródłem informacji niezbędnych do zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa pracy. Proces oceny warunków pracy oraz efektywne gromadzenie i zarządzanie informacjami niezbędnymi do jego przeprowadzenia i dokumentowania wymaga wspomagania komputerowego. W pracy przedstawiono zagadnienia dotyczące tworzenia modelu systemu komputerowego wspomagającego ocenę warunków pracy na stanowisku operatora sterowni.

Complex assessment of working conditions is a source of information necessary to ensure safety of work. The process involving assessment of working conditions and effective collection and management of information needed to carry it out and to document it requires computer support. The paper presents issues concerning building of a model for computer system supporting the process of assessment of working conditions at control room operator's workstation.

Team working is the basic way of working in the control rooms of hazardous technologies and therefore its quality is a safety-relevant issue. In addition to the technological competence it is also crucial for the crews to have the necessary communicational skills. During simulator training these skills can only be improved if the simulator use is embedded in an appropriate setting. To support this skill acquisition a computer-supported methodology called COSMOS (COmputer Supported Method for Operators’ Self-assessment) has been developed. With its help more effective communication and more complete shared mental models can be fostered. This paper is a report on the psychological fundamentals and the mathematical model of the COSMOS methodology.
