W artykule przedstawiono problem projektowania układu przekształcającego drgania o żądanym widmie częstości. Rozwiązane zagadnienia osiągnięto, stosując metodę syntezy drgających układów ciągłych-rozkładu charakterystyki na ułamki proste. Tak zaprojektowany układ poddano analizie numerycznej, identyfikując częstości drgań własnych na podstawie wyników analizy modalnej. Następnie przeprowadzono analizę stereomechaniczną.

In the paper the problem of design transforming vibration system with assumed frequency spectrum has been presented. Using the method of synthesis of vibrating mechanical systems called partial fraction expansion method of distribution of characteristics the solution of this problem has been achieved. Designed system to numerical analysis has been made.

Influence of the machine cutting depth on the state of stresses of an endless band saw

In the paper, a stereomechanic analysis of the cutting edges of a band saw in an established cutting process with a variable depth of machining has been presented. The numerical calculations were carried out according to the finite element method using the computer system MSC/Patran with the computational module MSC/Nastran. In the modelling process, the geometrical nonlinearities resulting from the contact of the cutting surface of the band saw sector model with the machined material were taken into consideration. The selected results of numerical calculations have been gathered: in figures, graphically in a diagram and in the form of a colourful map of Hertz's stresses.

W pracy przedstawiono analizę stereomechaniczną. Z zastosowaniem metody elementów skończonych oraz wyniki obliczeń wytrzymałościowych konstrukcji pionizatora dla dorosłych.

The paper deals witch analusis of verticalizer for adults. The finite elements method is applied for calulation. The results of stress analysis of verticalizer for different state of load are presented.
