The paper presents a linear drive application driven by a stepper motor. A description of the stepper motor work and control is given. The results of experiment as relationship between rotor angular velocity and input signal frequency are presented and discussed. Two cases: full-step and micro-step positioning arc examined. The measurements were made in wide frequency range (385,5 Hz-1029,3 Hz), and the results are illustrated in graphical way. This research shows advantages and disadvantages of the laboratory system as a linear drive of the stepping motor.

W artykule przedstawiono budowę i zasadę działania serwojednostki elektrohydraulicznej z czterokrawędziowym wzmacniaczem suwakowym napędzanym silnikiem skokowym i z elektrycz-nym sprzężeniem zwrotnym. Pokazano jej schemat blokowy oraz model fizyczny. Zaprezentowa-no wyniki badań wybranych parametrów statycznych i dynamicznych takiej serwojednostki ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wpływu wielkości otwarcia szczeliny na prędkość oraz ciśnienia na histerezę całego układu. Przedstawiono również uproszczony model teoretyczny serwojednostki.

The article deals with the structure and operation principle of an electrohydraulic linear servo drive unit with a 4-edge hydraulic amplifier powered by stepping motor and with electric feedback linkage. The unit's block diagram and physical model are presented. Research results of some of its static and dynamic parameters with special emphasis on the influence of the aperture size on velocity are shown. The pressure influence on servo drive unit hysteresis is investigated. In the paper the simplified theoretical model of a servo drive unit is presented.
