Purpose: The aim of this paper is to analyze possibilities of using sentiment analysis in project management. Design/methodology/approach: The research methods used in the article were desk research analysis of available source data on the success of project. Then additional research was done on methods of sentiment analysis. Findings: During the course of this work was found a way of use sentiment analysis to improve project management. Research limitations/implications: The proposed idea necessitates research on the verification of the usefulness of the proposed indicators. Practical implications: The indicators proposed in the work have the potential to be used in the project management support application. Originality/value: Novelty of proposed paper are idea of two indicators for improvement project management

Purpose: The key driver to discussing this topic is the research gap in the field of management of SPVs in the ecosystem of innovation and adds the possibility of applying stakeholder theory as a tool supporting their management. Design/methodology/approach: The aim of the article is to indicate the theoretical basis for the application of stakeholder theory as a tool supporting the management of SPVs. The article is based on a review of domestic and foreign literature and analyses the content of reports presenting Polish experiences regarding the performance of university-owned SPVs. Findings: Due to the specific conditions of functioning of SPVs, stakeholder analysis seems to be a useful tool in identifying the expectations of particular interest groups, and subsequently in undertaking actions aimed at effective management of their activities and creating value for the key stakeholders of SPVs. As a result, it may contribute to the increased effectiveness of companies and to more effective use of innovative potential through closer cooperation between science and business in the region. Research limitations/implications: Further research can focus on answers to the question: Are the managers of university-owned SPVs aware of the expectations of their key stakeholders? Practical implications: Stakeholder analysis may be an essential aid for the managers of SPVs in shaping their relations with the environment and building added value for key stakeholders. Originality/value: The article fills a research gap in the field of management of SPVs in the ecosystem of innovation and adds the possibility of applying stakeholder theory as a tool supporting their management.

Zarządzanie przedsiębiorstwem wymusza uwzględnianie szerokiego spektrum jego działania. Oznacza to, że kadra kierownicza nie może koncentrować się jedynie na realizacji celów przedsiębiorstwa wytyczanych przez jego właścicieli, zarząd itp., lecz koniecznym staje się także uwzględnianie celów innych grup interesów, zwanych szeroko interesariuszami. Mowa tu o wszelkich grupach, które mogą oddziaływać na realizację celów przedsiębiorstwa lub też mogących podlegać oddziaływaniu w związku z realizacją tych celów. Niejednokrotnie liczne i silne relacje powstające między różnymi grupami interesu a przedsiębiorstwem powodują, że teoria interesariuszy zyskuje coraz większe zainteresowanie w ramach zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami. Obserwowane ostatnio działania firm zagranicznych, poszukujących gazu łupkowego na terenie Polski, bardzo aktywnych w pozyskiwaniu akceptacji społecznej dla swojej działalności, zwiększają zainteresowanie tą tematyką także w branży energetycznej. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie efektu końcowego analizy interesariuszy, projektu pn. „Budowa podziemnego magazynu gazu Kosakowo”, tj. stanowisk interesariuszy uznanych jako strategicznych i ważnych. Praktyka pokazuje, że zarządzanie interesariuszami jest koniecznym wymogiem w działalności gospodarczej, niezmiernie istotnym dla skutecznego zarządzania projektem na każdym etapie jego realizacji.

Managing a company requires that a wide spectrum of its activity is taken into account. Therefore, management staff may not only focus on the fulfilment of the aims set by the owners of the company or the board of directors, etc. but taking into account other interest groups referred to as the stakeholders is necessary. Stakeholders are any groups which may play a part in the fulfilment of the aims of a company or may be influenced by the process of fulfilment of these aims. Frequently, numerous and intense relations between different interest groups and a company cause the stakeholder theory to gain increased in business management. Recent activity by foreign companies which are searching for shale gas in Poland and looking for social acceptance of their action very actively increases the interest in the stakeholder theory within the energy sector as well.

Interakcje kapitału zaufania oraz kapitału informacji, jako składowych kapitału społecznego, są istotne z perspektywy osiągania strategicznych założeń rozwojowych inicjatyw klastrowych. Nie zawsze bowiem składowe te są względem siebie komplementarne i gwarantują efekt synergii. W artykule zaprezentowano przegląd dorobku naukowego w tej dziedzinie oraz przedstawiono tematycznie powiązane wnioski z analizy studiów przypadku polskich inicjatyw klastrowych.

Interactions between the capital of trust and the capital of information, being the elements of social capital, are crucial in achieving strategic settings of clustering initiatives in terms of their growth. It is due to fact that these elements will not always be complementary neither guarantee synergy. A literature overview on the subject accompanied by conclusions drawn from case studies in Polish clustering initiatives are presented in the paper.
