In the article psychological aspects of adaptation were discussed. Opinions of specialists in the field of job counseling on professional adaptation were presented. Professional adaptation in the light of constant individual personality traits concept was analyzed. Implications of constant individual personality traits concept on labor process and education process were demonstrated.

W artykule omówiono psychologiczne aspekty przystosowania. Przytoczono opinie specjalistów z dziedziny poradnictwa zawodowego na temat przystosowania zawodowego. Przeanalizowano przystosowanie zawodowe z punktu widzenia koncepcji stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości. Przedstawiono implikacje koncepcji stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości dla przystosowania do procesu pracy i procesu edukacyjnego.

The conception of constant individual traits of human personality that allows isolating constant individual traits that are independent of the influence of the environment and variable traits of personality that depend on the influence of environment, is presented. The traditional system of education in the aspect of the conception is characterized. Educational implication of the conception of constant individual traits that make up a set of postulates addressed to creators of a future system of education, which may contribute to making the system more effective than the traditional one, are presented.

Zaprezentowano koncepcję stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości, pozwalającą na wyróżnienie cech osobowości, które są niezależne od oddziaływań otoczenia. Scharakteryzowano tradycyjny system kształcenia w aspekcie tej koncepcji. Przedstawiono implikacje wynikające z koncepcji stałych indywidualnych cech osobowości dla systemu edukacji. Stanowią one zbiór postulatów adresowanych do jego reformatorów które powinny przyczynić się do tego by system ten stał się bardziej efektywny i humanistyczny niż tradycyjny.

There are three major criteria of forming and developing of communicative skills in future engineer's professional culture system: knowledge, ability and skills in the sphere of activity; general and professional culture; personal features and qualities. So engineers should involve themselves into the process of education and self-education during all active labor life. According to this criteria National technical university the "Kharkiv polytechnic institute" (Ukraine) has developed a model of engineer of XXI century, prepared and launched an original educational disciplines into educational process. The courses teach future engineers that language and communication, that can be translated and understandable, represents the culture itself.
