In the paper the influence of the choice of a semivariogram model on interpolation results of mineral deposits parameters has been characterized. For the lack of knowledge of real variability of the variables on small distances, the nugget effect is interpreted arbitrarily from the semivariogram fitted. It lead to uncertainty on the interpolation and contour mapping.
