W artykule przedstawiono istotę społecznego środowiska pracy oraz wyjaśniono jego wpływ na wzbudzanie zaangażowania pracowników. Zaprezentowano również wyniki badań autorki, będących przykładem mierzenia czynników potencjalnie niemierzalnych. Stanowiły one podstawę do wyciągnięcia wniosków na temat relacji pracownik–przełożony, które w końcowym efekcie mają wpływ na sukces przedsiębiorstwa.

The article presents the essence of social work environment and explains its impact on building commitment among employees. Also presented results of the authors provide an example by managers to measure factors potentially immeasurable. These formed the basis for drawing conclusions about the employee-manager relationship, which ultimately affect the success of the company.

The article refers to the problem of social and professional adaptation in the army. The review of a strategy of adaptation is performed, mainly from the scope of sociology and factors having influence on adaptation of a human being to work. The army as a totalitarian institution holds particular requirements from the personal, so that important becomes to examine mechanics of appropriate adaptation to requested requirements. On the base of a concept of professional adaptation by J. E. Karney - in the article an acceptance of the model of social and professional adaptation, that the key factors on which good adaptation is dependent are recognized as emotional intelligence as well as professional competence (factors situated on the ones side) is proposed, from the other hand -relationships with majors, characteristic social relationships as well as organization and material basis of the working conditions. The proposed concept requires during the further phase empirical verification in the environment of professional soldiers. If it appears successful it may have been used in the process of professional recruitment and improvement of competences of military personnel.

Jakość warunków pracy stanowi jeden z mierników oceny efektywności organizacji. Rozszerzenie zarządzania o nurt środowiskowy może więc przynieść przedsiębiorstwu wiele istotnych korzyści. Praca dotyczy modelowania organizacyjno-technicznych warunków pracy i obejmuje: - modelowanie struktury przestrzennej, - modelowanie obciążenia fizycznego pracą, - modelowanie obciążenia psychicznego pracą, - modelowanie czynników fizycznych materialnego środowiska pracy, - system zbierania informacji, na który składa się analiza wymagań użytkownika, funkcjonalność systemu, algorytm użytkowania systemu, projekty okien systemu.

The quality of working conditions is one measurement of the evaluation of an organization's efficiency. Expanding the manegement by adopting an environmental trend can bring a company many important benefits. This work concens modeling of organizational and technical working conditions and includes: - the modeling of the spatial structure, - the modeling of the physical workload, - the modeling of the mental workload, - the modeling of the physical factors of the material working environment, - a system of collecting information which includes an analysis of the user's requirements, of the system's functionality an algorithm of the system's use, the design of the system's windows.
