W artykule przedstawiono metodykę analizy i modelowania układów technologicznych i procesu szlifowania powierzchni śrubowych stożkopochodnych z wykorzystaniem systemów CAD/CAE. Opracowana metodyka pozwala na przeprowadzenie analiz dokładności procesu szlifowania powierzchni śrubowych z uwzględnieniem odchyłek położenia i kształtu elementów układu, bicia wrzeciona przedmiotu i ściernicy oraz cech geometrycznych narzędzia.

The article presents a methodology for analysis and modeling of technological systems and the process grinding of the screw surface using CAD / CAE. The developed methodology allows to carry out analysis of the accuracy of the process of the screw surface grinding including the displacement and shape of the elements, beating the spindle object, grinding wheel and geometrical features of the tools.

This article presents the use of the potential of the present-day CAD/CAE systems in modelling and a kinematic analysis of a spatial five-membered lever mechanism 5R. A simulation model was developed. On the grounds of the methodology developed, numerical analysis was conducted. The results of the analysis are presented in diagrams.
