Some of European spas lying in areas of influence of big cities and agglomerations became development assumptions. Both the historical and new - created centres are gaining many users. Space relations between a health resorts and big cities depend on spa location in city's structure, and this location have a hold on condition of spas. The shape of spa assumptions in urban structures is diversified. Business activation and urbanization of post - industrial type can influence increased dynamic of development of balneology centres. Attractive spa's area can be helping for development of a cities and especially pole of growing. Almost 30 per cent spas are connected with a big city, which have good circumstances for accelerated development. These spas have new possibilities of development, in the way like another European balneology centres. It will oblige to definite directions of development this cities with it avail of all possibilities and opportunities connected with existing health resorts in their areas. It is indispensable to qualify weight of health resort's areas in Polish big cities as so work up strategy of theirs development and design different management's plan and plan in regional scale not only in administrations border.
