Opracowano model numeryczny pól temperatury w procesie obróbki termicznej punktowym źródłem ciepła. Równanie przewodnictwa z członem konwekcyjnym rozwiązano metodą elementów skończonych w sformułowaniu Petrova-Galerkina (zadanie 3D). Rozróżniono dwa sposoby obciążenia termicznego źródłem o rozkładzie Gaussowskim: jako powierzchniowe zewnętrzne oraz przypowierzchniowe źródło wewnętrzne. Uwzględniono możliwość topienia i krzepnięcia materiału. Wykonano symulacje numeryczne pól temperatury w procesie nagrzewania elementu ruchomym powierzchniowym oraz przypowierzchniowym źródłem ciepła.

In this paper a tree-dimensional numerical model of temperature fields in heat treatment process with punctual heat source are presented. The solution of heat conductivity equation with the convection term using the finite elements method are described. Petrov-Galerki scheme was adapted. Two ways of thermal loading of punctual heat source with Gaussian distribution as superficial external and at superficial internal are considered. Solidification and melting of the material in the heat source radius are included. Example of numerical simulations of temperature fields in heat process using moving superficial and at superficial punctual heat source are realised.
