A city park is a place where, in an urbanized world, a person can experience nature. A park is the green lung of the city. The numerous trees and shrubs in parks improve the air condition, especially in densely populated agglomerations. It is a meeting place and allows you to spend time actively. The park allows recreation and relaxation for city residents. City parks are desirable, especially in city centres, densely populated and built-up places. Designing parks should meet people's needs. It is extremely important to properly select space elements that will positively affect the comfort of use. Apart from the obvious issue of taking care of the park's aesthetics, its flora and appropriate equipment, an important role is played by an appropriate acoustic climate. Hence, when designing open spaces such as city parks, the cooperation of specialists in many fields is important: landscape architects, town planners, people dealing with nature protection, artists, and finally, acousticians. This allows you to create a space that will meet the needs and expectations of residents. The paper shows the possibility of taking steps to correct the existing sound environment in selected places in the city park.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań komfortu i klimatu akustycznego w miejskich strukturach mieszkaniowych. Uznano, że komfort akustyczny jest cechą odpowiedzialnej urbanizacji i zdrowego środowiska mieszkaniowego. Badania dotyczyły wnętrza urbanistycznego mieszkaniowego zespołu zabudowy wielorodzinnej. W artykule przedstawiono ogólny zarys metodyki wykonania poszczególnych etapów badań. W celu porównania przeprowadzono badania w dwóch zespołach mieszkaniowych różnych pod względem formy urbanistycznej. Oddziaływanie wybranych źródeł dźwięku zbadano za pomocą badań terenowych i symulacji komputerowych. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników można stwierdzić, że komfort i klimat akustyczny zostały zidentyfikowane. Stwierdzono, że forma urbanistyczna oraz rozmieszczenie programu funkcjonalnego mają wpływ na poziom komfortu akustycznego. Potwierdzono, że możliwe jest zidentyfikowanie elementów negatywnie wpływających na klimat akustyczny w zespole mieszkalnym i określenie sposobu ich modyfikacji w celu poprawy klimatu akustycznego. Przedstawione mapy hałasu oraz mapy hałasu 3D elewacji mogą posłużyć jako tło do dalszych badań klimatu akustycznego środowiska mieszkaniowego.

The article presents the results of research on the comfort and acoustic climate of urban housing structures. Acoustic comfort has been recognized as a hallmark of responsible urbanization and a healthy living environment. The research concerned the urban interior of a multi-family housing complex. The paper presents a general outline of the methodology of performing individual stages of the research. In order to compare, the research was carried out in two housing complexes different in terms of urban form. The impact of selected sound sources was investigated by means of field tests and computer simulations. Based on the obtained results, it can be concluded that the comfort and acoustic climate have been identified. It was found that the urban form and the distribution of the service program have an impact on the level of acoustic comfort. It was confirmed that it is possible to identify elements that negatively affect the acoustic climate in a residential complex and determine how to modify them in order to improve the acoustic climate. The presented noise maps and 3D noise maps of the elevation can be used as a background for further research on the acoustic climate of the residential environment.
