Pod wpływem dynamicznego rozwoju sieci, serwisów i aplikacji społecznych Web 2.0 intensyfikują się strumienie informacji i powiększają zasoby tworzone społecznie. Zmieniają się modele pozyskiwania, dostarczania i absorpcji wiedzy, jak również potrzeby i oczekiwania użytkowników. W ślad za tymi zjawiskami nadążają technologie informacyjne semantycznego Web 3.0, których zadaniem jest skuteczne i efektywne pokonanie głodu wiedzy. Artykuł przedstawia technologie Web 2.0 i ich wpływ na zmianę modeli pozyskiwania i dostarczania wiedzy realizowanych technologiami Web 3.0, omawia też cechy nowoczesnych systemów informacyjnych w dobie Web 2.0 i Web 3.0 i prezentuje ich przykłady.

The dynamic development of the Web 2.0-of social networks and of social applications has impact on the growth of the social resources and of the streams of information. Models of knowledge acquisition and delivery as well as users' needs and expectations are changing under the influence of Web 2.0. Along with these phenomena are developed and implemented information technologies of semantic Web 3-0, whose task is to effectively overcome the hunger for knowledge and information. The article presents the Web 2.0 technologies and their impact on change in models of knowledge acquisition and delivery implemented with using of Web 3.0 technologies, also have been discussed the characteristics of modem informalion systems in the era of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0, and presented examples.

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki sondażu, przeprowadzonego wśród mieszkańców wybranych powiatów województwa śląskiego, dotyczącego zagadnień związanych z rozwojem sektora energetyki i możliwości stosowania w jego ramach nowych rozwiązań technologicznych. Wykazały one nie tylko poziom wiedzy i postawę badanych mieszkańców wobec stosowania nowych technologii wytwarzania energii w kontekście ochrony środowiska i bezpieczeństwa energetycznego, ale także zakres potrzeb informacyjnych i zasadność prowadzenia konsultacji społecznych w sytuacji wprowadzania nowych rozwiązań technologicznych.

The article presents the results of a survey carried out among residents of selected administrative districts of the Silesian voivodship, concerning issues connected with the development of the energy production sector and possibilities to apply in its framework new technological solutions. The results show not only the knowledge level and attitude of investigated residents towards the use of new technologies of energy production in the context of environmental protection and energy safety, but also the scope of information needs and legitimacy for conducting social consultations in the situation of introduction of new technological solutions.

There is a relationship between the changes in work-related diseases and the following factors: the transformation of the organization of work, organizational development, as well as human and social changes in the work environment. These factors also influence the maintenance of industrial health and safety standards at work. Safety technology will continue to be important, but will be reduced in significance compared to the so-called soft factors, that is, all dimensions and parameters affecting people’s health and social environment at the work place. It seems that in the future the relationship between the social resource development and work protection will become more relevant. Social resource development influences the quality of work performance and motivation, the quality of work and work protection, the likelihood of accidents and breakdowns, and the level of self-control and capacity of change. The consequences of work protection research will be discussed in this article with a focus on the contribution of social sciences.
