Cybereducation and its possibilities in the context of legal and social responsibility

Despite the rapid development of IT security systems, the number of crimes committed in cyberspace continues to rise. The adverse effects of being in cyberspace cause threats to mental, social and health life. Therefore, raising citizens’ awareness of cybercrime is essential. The article addresses the benefits and threats associated with legal responsibility in the context of combating cybercrime. Understanding the mechanisms for, among others, assessing security is the first step towards making rational decisions online. With the increasing risk of attacks that take advantage of imperfections in the human mind, it is the human factor that plays a decisive role in cybersecurity. Cybereducation uses theories of education and also impacts the quality of learning. It is not possible to deliver it effectively without digital resources. Besides legal responsibility, social and psychological relations, and theories of education, the author devotes much attention to modern information and communication technologies. He clearly outlines the introduction and characterises the most important concepts regarding cybereducation, pointing out legal responsibility and web threats, as well as the quality of education with the use of digital resources.

Mimo dynamicznego rozwoju systemów zabezpieczeń informatycznych liczba przestępstw popełnianych w cyberprzestrzeni stale rośnie. Negatywne skutki bycia w cyberprzestrzeni powodują zagrożenia życia psychicznego, społecznego i zdrowotnego. Dlatego tak istotna jest cybereduakcja podnosząca świadomość obywateli w tym zakresie. Artykuł dotyczy korzyści i zagrożeń związanych z odpowiedzialnością prawną w kontekście zwalczania cyberprzestępczości. Zrozumienie mechanizmów dotyczących m.in. oceny bezpieczeństwa jest pierwszym krokiem do podejmowania racjonalnych decyzji w sieci. W obliczu rosnącego zagrożenia ze strony ataków wykorzystujących niedoskonałości funkcjonowania ludzkiego umysłu to właśnie czynnik ludzki odgrywa decydującą rolę w cyberbezpieczeństwie. Cyberedukacja wykorzystuje teorie kształcenia i ma też wpływ na jakość nauczania. Nie jest możliwa jej skuteczna realizacja bez zasobów cyfrowych. Oprócz odpowiedzialności prawnej, relacji społecznych i psychologicznych, teorii kształcenia autor wiele miejsca poświęca nowoczesnym technologiom informacyjno-komunikacyjnym. Wyraźnie zarysowuje wstęp, a także charakteryzuje najważniejsze pojęcia dotyczące cyberedukacji, wskazuje odpowiedzialność prawną i zagrożenia w sieci oraz jakość kształcenia z wykorzystaniem zasobów cyfrowych.

The article substantiates the features of the classification of criteria for the integrity of the systems of participants in socio-economic interaction. Criteria are given for each of the features. Each of the criteria is considered both in generalization from the standpoint of the world’s leading scientists, and taking into account their application to a specific subject of evaluation - the integrity of the systems of participants in socio-economic interaction. The study of the essence of integrity criteria focuses on the influence of emotional state, communication skills, motivational and value orientation, educational level, the need for respect, awareness of the importance of work performed, its usefulness in social and economic (labor) interests.

Artykuł uzasadnia cechy klasyfikacji kryteriów integralności systemów wśród uczestników interakcji społeczno-gospodarczej. Dla każdej z cech podane są kryteria. Każde z kryteriów rozpatrywane jest zarówno uogólniająco, z punktu widzenia czołowych światowych naukowców, jak i uwzględniając ich zastosowania do konkretnego przedmiotu oceny – integralności układów uczestników interakcji społeczno-gospodarczej. Badanie istoty kryteriów integralności koncentruje się na wpływie stanu emocjonalnego, umiejętności komunikacyjnych, orientacji motywacyjnej i wartościowej, poziomu wykształcenia, potrzeby szacunku, świadomości znaczenia wykonywanej pracy, jej użyteczności w celach społecznych i ekonomicznych (pracy) .

The article considers the conceptual basis for strengthening social and labor potential of sustainable development in the context of economic efficiency and social justice. The essence of the categories social potential, social capital and social imperative in their interrelation with the social and labor sphere of society with the account of the needs of sustainable development is specified. Strengthening of social potential is considered as a complex of actions in such areas as education, culture, health care, economic and social spheres, social relations. The paper focuses on strong interconnections work – employment – labor potential – social potential – human development – sustainable development. A mechanism of strengthening social and labor potential through the transformation of employment in the context of the paradigm of sustainable development is suggested.

Artykuł przedstawia podstawy pojęciowe dla wzmocnienia społecznego i pracowniczego potencjału zrównoważonego rozwoju w kontekście efektywności ekonomicznej i sprawiedliwości społecznej. Ukazano istotę kategorii społeczny potencjał, kapitał społeczny i imperatyw społeczny w ich współzależności ze sferą społeczna i pracowniczą społeczeństwa, z uwzględnieniem potrzeb zrównoważonego rozwoju. Wzmacnianie potencjału społecznego następuje poprzez złożone działania mające miejsce w sferach takich, jak edukacja, kultura, opieka zdrowotna, sfery ekonomiczne i społeczne, a także relacje społeczne. Artykuł koncentruje się na silnej współzależności: praca – zatrudnienie – potencjał pracy – potencjał społeczny – rozwój człowieka – zrównoważony rozwój. Ponadto ukazano mechanizm wzmacniania potencjału społecznego i pracowniczego w kontekście paradygmatu rozwoju zrównoważonego.

Celem artykułu jest określenie znaczenia relacji społecznych jako wewnętrznego stymulatora innowacji oraz wagi potrzeby zachowania proporcji w dbałości o obszar materialny i społeczny organizacji. Jego metodyka oparta została na wykorzystaniu teoretycznego konstruktu równowagi organizacyjnej jako środka pozwalającego wyeksponować wyżej wymienione aspekty podjętego problemu badawczego. W opisie zagadnienia znalazły sie określenia oparte na semantycznej sprzeczności. Zabieg ten pozwolił zaakcentować specyfikę uwarunkowań innowacji. Przedstawiony w artykule punkt widzenia prowadzi do wniosku, iż czynnikiem determinującym zdolność do tworzenia innowacji jest elastyczność, zachowana także w sferze relacji społecznych w organizacji.

The purpose of this article is to emphasize the importance of social relations as an internal stimulator of innovation, and the significance of the need to preserve the proportions in the care for physical and social areas of an organization. Its methodology is based on the use of the theoretical construct of organizational balance as a measure intended to highlight the above mentioned aspects of the research study. In the description of the problem there are terms based on a semantic contradiction. This procedure helped to stress the specificity of determinants of innovation. The point of view presented in the article leads to the conclusion that the determinant of the ability to innovate is flexibility, preserved also in the sphere of social relations within an organization.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest wprowadzenie w inspirujący – dla badacza zajmującego się przyszłością miasta, a w szczególności przestrzeniami strzeżonymi – dyskurs wokół kondycji współczesnego człowieka i mechanizmów percepcyjnych, którym podlega i które kreuje. Przywołane stanowiska Michela Foucaulta oraz myśli postpanoptycznej – Bruno Latoure’a, kierują uwagę architektów i urbanistów na socjologiczne doświadczenie miasta. Ze względu na rozległość kontekstów, w których z wielką swobodą poruszają się autorzy, konieczny będzie powrót do niektórych ich stwierdzeń i zestawienie z wypowiedziami innych teoretyków. Czyniąc z pojęcia panoptyzmu zasadę generalizującą, konstytuującą stosunki społeczne na zasadzie władzy, autor pracy Nadzorować i karać otwiera możliwość podjęcia kolejnych wątków dyskusji, tym razem skoncentrowanej na kategorii widzialności – kategorii eksponowanej w literaturze przedmiotu na temat kultury modernistycznej i jej rekonfiguracji, w tym również oligopticonów.

The purpose of present paper is to introduce the inspiring discourse to the scholar, who is taking on future of the a city, particularly on guarded areas, discourse about the condition of modern man and the mechanisms of perception which he creates and which he is subject. Aforesaid, Michel Foucault’s positions and postpanopticus thought of Bruno Latoure draw the attention of architects and urban planners on the sociological experience of the city. Because of extensive contexts which are freely used by authors it is required to return to some of their statements and compare them with the statements of other theorists. Making concept of panopticon general principle, which constitute social relations based on authority, author of La naissance de la prison opens up possibility of taking further discussions, this time focusing on the visibility – category which is exposed on modern culture and its reconfigurations, including oligopticons.

Już kilkadziesiąt lat temu Fryderyk Soddy, brytyjski laureat Nagrody Nobla (w dziedzinie chemii – 1921), zauważył, że niewidzialna waluta, którą wymieniają się wszystkie organizmy żywe od zarania dziejów to energia. Co więcej, w rozumieniu teorii budowanej na tym stwierdzeniu, to nie pieniądz, ale właśnie wymiana energii kształtuje relacje ekonomiczne i społeczne na ziemi. Konkurencja wewnątrz – i międzygatunkowa to konkurencja o energię, a jej przepływ poprzez łańcuch pokarmowy to łańcuch życia naszej planety.

A university - level school is a place of complex social relations. Their participants are academic teachers, school managers, office workers, members of organizations cooperating with the school and the most important ones, students and, indirectly, their families. The process of education and upbringing is undoubtedly a difficult and responsible task, which requires its initiators to show widely understood professionalism. The same requirements are imposed on those who manage the school and are responsible for the entirety of its actions and the effectiveness of its work. In both cases the subjects of all undertakings are people. The requirement of professionalism imposed on the participants of social processes taking place at university - level schools is difficult to meet without referring to such a modern form of action as evaluation. Not only is evaluation a valuable source of information about the quality of work done in the Faculty but it also describes reality and allows for drawing conclusions essential for further development. It also enhances democratization of the life of the school and that is because students and school workers feel that their opinions and suggestions are important and are considered when planning future activities.

Szkoła wyższa to miejsce, w którym zachodzą złożone relacje społeczne. Wchodzą w nie nauczyciele akademiccy, osoby zarządzające uczelnią, pracownicy administracji, członkowie organizacji współpracujących ze szkołą i wreszcie ci, którzy są najważniejsi - studenci oraz pośrednio także ich rodziny. Proces kształcenia i wychowania jest bez wątpienia zadaniem trudnym, odpowiedzialnym i wymagającym od jego inicjatorów szeroko rozumianego profesjonalizmu. Takie same wymagania stawiane są ludziom zarządzającym daną instytucją, odpowiedzialnym za całokształt jej działania, efektywność i skuteczność pracy. W obu przypadkach podmiotem podejmowanych działań są zawsze ludzie. Artykuł poświęcono udowodnieniu tezy, że wymóg profesjonalizmu stawiany uczestnikom procesów społecznych zachodzących w szkołach wyższych jest trudny do spełnienia bez wykorzystania nowoczesnej formy działania, jaką jest ewaluacja. Ewaluacja nie tylko stanowi cenne źródło informacji o jakości pracy uczelni i poszczególnych jej wydziałów, opisuje rzeczywistość i pozwala formułować wnioski sprzyjające rozwojowi. Przyczynia się do demokratyzacji życia instytucji, bowiem zarówno studenci jak i pracowni czują, że ich opinie, oceny, postulaty są ważne, brane pod uwagę w projektowaniu przyszłych działań.

Different impact of urban green and park spaces has been discussed in the article taking their environment as a sum of external conditions which may influence behavioral patterns of those who use them. Such places provide areas where diversified needs and expectations of individual human beings are to be met. They stretch from a need to be in a group, to meet others, to other need contrasting with the previous one, to be lonely and anonymous. Such diversification should be taken into consideration of garden and parks planning and programming.

A survey of the literature on territoriality of mature female bank voles is presented, with particular reference to the idea of breeding territority and female behavior aimed at the territory defense. Territory (breeding area) is part of home range (foraging area), and its biological meaning is disputable: either it provides food resources for the young or progeny safety. Breeding territories of males are also discussed. Genetic analyses showing kin groups of females and their reproductive succes are important for our understanding of evolution of female territoriality. Attention was also paid to spacing behavior of territorial males and females and the resulting mating system that allows for cases of multiple paternity. Another disputable aspect of female territoriality is its possible importance for stamility of breeding rate and, as consequence, for decrease in variation of population numbers.

Achievement and Social Relations Values as Conditions of the Importance of Work Aspects and Job Satisfaction

One hundred and sixty-nine bank employees were investigated with the Orientation to Work Values Inventory by Seifert and Bergmann (values; Seifert & Bergmann, 1983), and the Work Description Inventory by Neuberger and Allerbeck (importance and satisfaction with work aspects, overall job satisfaction; Neuberger & Allerbeck, 1978). The data show complex connections between values and the perceived importance of work aspects and job satisfaction. The results indicate that (a) the importance of achievement and social relations values influences the importance of aspects of work, (b) overall job satisfaction depends on social relations value and satisfaction with some aspects depends on this value or on interactions of both of the values, (c) predicting overall job satisfaction from satisfaction with aspects of work is modified by the interaction of the values. However, the hypothesis that overall job satisfaction can be predicted from satisfaction with most important aspects of work is not confirmed by the data.
