The results of social-and-economic order analysis in the context of formation and representing organizational interaction between managing subjects of production management are considered in the article. It was proved that social-and-economic order, as a type of social order, is acting as the determinative prerequisite of formation efficient organizational interaction in any system of present-day management. It was well-grounded that social-and-economic order of organizational interactions is caused by economic requirements and economic interests of production subjects has a relevant legal content, and its determinative element stands for ordering ownership relations, i.e., order between people as far as owning and managing means of production are concerned. The author’s models of representing organizational interaction in the systems of production management depending on forms and methods of division relations of ownership for means of production are presented in the article.

The world is on the eve of change. Current economic recession surprisingly resembles the "Great Depression" of 1929. In this article, the author makes a prediction concerning European social order based on the analysis of present-day socio-economic events and the circumstances preceding both the current economic crisis and the past one.

Głównym celem artykułu jest opis podstawowych kwestii dotyczących komunikacji międzykulturowej, szczególnie w kontekście utrzymania i budowania ładu społecznego na świecie. W artykule autor zwraca uwagę na wpływ braku dialogu pomiędzy narodami na konflikt kultur. jednym z kierunków rozważań był wpływ globalizacji na imperializm kulturowy jako problem współczesnego świata. Oprócz tego, artykuł dotyczy teoretycznych obszarów komunikacji międzykulturowej, jej historycznych źródeł i klasycznych teorii.

The main goal of the article is to describe rudimentary issues concerning cross cultural communication, particularly in the context of keeping and building social order in the world. In the article the author focuses on the influence of the lack of dialogues between nationalities on the conflict of culture. One direction of the author's considerations was the influence of globalization and cultural imperialism on the problems of contemporary world. In addition, the article concerns the theoretical areas of intercultural communication, in particular its historical sources and classical theory.

Celem tego artykułu jest ukazanie ładu zintegrowanego kształtowania rozwoju zrównoważonego i trwałego w Polsce. Ład zintegrowany określonego obszaru (kraju, regionu, powiatu) powinien być kształtowany współzależnie jako ład ekologiczny, społeczny, ekonomiczny, przestrzenny i polityczny, z jednoczesnym uwzględnieniem stosownych zmian w polityce i zarządzaniu. Aktualnie w Polsce najważniejszym problemem rozwoju jest równoczesne nadrabianie opóźnień cywilizaycjnych.

Due to the development of the process of globalization and the growth of competitiveness, the differences between the poor and rich groups of the world's population are becoming more visible. The degradation of the natural environment taking place in many countries and in Europe may, as well, cause a civilization conflict. The aim of this paper is to present the concept of sustainable development together with its essence, which is the creation of an integrated order in the area of economic, social and natural environment. The tax system is a factor of relatively high importance to sustainable development. In this respect, presenting the actual tax system and its failures is especially essential. The article outlines the need for reform of the tax system, which is crucial not only in terms of sustainable development of the Polish economy but also to Poland's integration with the European Union.
