In this work, we introduce a simple multi-agent simulation model with two roles of agents that correspond to moral and immoral attitudes. The model is given explicitly by a set of mathematical equations with continuous variables and is characterized by four parameters: morality, protection, and two efficiency parameters. Agents are free to adjust their roles to maximize individual gains. The model is analyzed theoretically to find conditions for its stability, i.e., the fractions of agents of both roles that lead to an equilibrium in their gains. A multi-agent simulation is also developed to verify the dynamics of the model for all values of morality and protection parameters, and to identify potential discrepancies with the theoretical analysis.

The author of this article presents the process of defining social norms in the context of education. The author points to processes influencing the reduction of deviation circles by exploiting education while undertaking prevention measures. The examples of educational and information activities and the analysis of relations and forms of prevention and education in the context of social control are the revision of the coherence between the system of legal standards and social norms.

Celem przeprowadzonego badania było sprawdzenie, czy w dobie powszechnie istniejącego „wyścigu szczurów”, można w organizacji spotkać się z zachowaniami prospołecznymi oraz czym się one charakteryzują. Teoria przedstawia wiele przyczyn i czynników wpływających na udzielanie pomocy, jak normy społeczne czy społeczna wymiana, jednakże pozostaje pytanie, czy te koncepcje dalej są obecne w rzeczywistości? Szczególnie w takim miejscu jak organizacja. Otrzymane wyniki dowiodły pozytywnej odpowiedzi na postawione pytanie, a ponadto wskazały nie tylko przyczyny zachowań prospołecznych, ale także to, komu badani chętniej chcieliby udzielać pomocy i poświęciliby więcej czasu.

The purpose of the study was to examine whether in times of commonly existing "rat race", it is possible to meet prosocial behaviors in organization and what are their characteristics. The theory presents many causes and factors affecting the helping as social norms or the concept of social exchange. But if these concepts are still present in practice? Especially in a place like organization. Obtained results have given a positive answer to the question, and also pointed out not only the reasons of prosocial behavior, but also to whom respondents would prefer to provide help and would sacrifice more time.

Zadaniem podmiotów odpowiedzialnych za bezpieczeństwo lokalne jest m.in. zadbanie o to, aby budować i utrzymywać odpowiedni klimat społeczności lokalnej oparty na swoistej homeostazie przy jednoczesnym stwarzaniu odpowiednich warunków życia wspólnotom lokalnym, tak aby posiadały możliwości samodzielnego formułowania swojej wizji rozwojowej. Swoista równowaga możliwa jest m.in. w sytuacji, gdy wspólnota dysponuje wystarczającymi zasobami umożliwiającymi zaspokajanie, w granicach obowiązujących przepisów prawa, swoich potrzeb oraz posiada zdolność do tworzenia i przestrzegania norm warunkujących zaspokajanie deklarowanych potrzeb.
