The paper presents results of tests conducted on the elements of medical devices - slings used in medical lifts - manufactured using additive technologies. The project assumed to produce 100 samples of clips with varying design, material and orientation parameter. Samples were manufactured using FDM and SLA processes and then tested for mechanical strength, load transmission and functionality, using certified equipment. The paper shows full methodology and the obtained test results.

W artykule przedstawiono wymagania i procedurę badań nieniszczących wykorzystywanych do kontroli jakości elementów maszyn i urządzeń, na etapie ich wytwarzania i użytkowania. Zaprezentowano przykład realizacji badań wizualnych i magnetyczno-proszkowych złączy spawanych w elementach sekcji ścianowej obudowy zmechanizowanej oraz odkuwek haków i szakli. Wyniki uzyskane z badań, oceniono w świetle wymagań poziomów jakości.

Requirements and procedure of non-destructive tests used for control of quality of components of machines and equipment, at the stage of their manufacture and use, are presented in the paper. Example of realization of visual and magnetic powder tests of welded joints in the components of powered roof support and of forgings of hooks and slings is given. The tests results are assessed in the light of requirements as regards the level of quality.
