When a firm has better disclosure policy of financial accounting information it will attract more investment. Many factors affecting accounting information disclosure policy include firm size, leverage, industry characteristics, investor types, etc. And good financial accounting data disclosure will help to reduce risk level of firms. At micro level, cost and net sale factors will affect net profit while at macro levels, risk free rate and exchange rate will impact. According to Nikkei Asian Review, Vinamilk (VNM) is the only brand in F&B industry and the domestic industry leader which ranked 25th among 300 listed companies in the List of ASIA300 Power Performers. It leads the organic trend in milk industry and has made very positive contributions to the overall achievements of economic and social values. Good business management requires us to consider the impacts of multi macro and micro factors on net profit, both internal and external factors, and it contributes to promoting business plan and economic policies for economic growth and stabilizing business operation. By data collection method through statistics, analysis, synthesis, comparison, quantitative analysis to generate qualitative comments and discussion; using econometric method to perform regression equation and evaluate quantitative results, the article analyzed and evaluated the impacts of ten (10) macroeconomic factors such as: stock price, VNIndex, risk free rate, lending rate, cost, sale, inflation, GPD growth, S&P500, exchange rate, etc. on net profit of a leading milk listed company, Vinamilk (VNM) in Vietnam in the 10-year period of 2010-2019, both positive and negative sides. From that regression model and analysis, it will draw leadership features, strengths of this industrial leader. The results of quantitative research, in a ten factor model, show that the decrease in GDP growth and risk free rate, inflation and increase in net sale will have a significant effect and increase VNM net profit, with the highest impact coefficient, the second is decreasing cost. This research finding and recommended policy also can be used as reference in policy for F&B system in many developing countries.

Z uwagi na fakt że od jakości nie ma odwrotu to w systemie gospodarczym nie walczy się tylko o cenę wyrobu, lecz również o jakość. Z całą pewnością zwyciężają przedsiębiorstwa, które traktują poważnie jakość wyrobu. Zatem certyfikacja zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania jest nader aktualna. Jednocześnie należy zauważyć, że przy tak wzrastającej konkurencji przedsiębiorstwa które nie uwzględnią obowiązujących norm przestaną być atrakcyjne.

Because there is no turning back from quality, the economic system does not only fight for the price of the product, but also for quality. Certainly, companies that take the quality of the product seriously win. Therefore, the certification of the integrated management system is very valid. At the same time, it should be noted that with such a growing competition, enterprises that do not take into account the existing standards will cease to be attractive.

Wstęp i cel: W niniejszym artykule przedstawione zostały problemy związane z doborem odpowiednich dla danego przedsiębiorstwa metod zarządzania bezpieczeństwem w pracy. Materiał i metody: Materiałem jest problematyka doboru systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami, wprowadzanie zmian w zarządzaniu bezpieczeństwem. Metodą jest bezpośrednia obserwacja przedsiębiorstw, rozmowy i analizy uzyskanych informacji, odnoszących się do problemów z wprowadzeniem zintegrowanych systemów zarządzania. Wyniki: Przeprowadzone obserwacje, pozwoliły na identyfikację problemów, analizę przeszkód oraz wskazanie potencjalnych rozwiązań. Dobór właściwych metod stanowi podstawowe narzędzie oraz nieodłączny element warunkujący sukces organizacji. Zastosowanie odpowiednio dobranych metod pozwala osiągnąć cel zbieżny z bezpieczeństwem pracowników. Artykuł jest próba opracowania modelu doboru metod zarządzania w rozwiązywaniu problemów związanych z bezpieczeństwem w organizacji. Wniosek: Zarządzanie procesowe w organizacji przynosi konkretne, mierzalne rezultaty zwiększające efektywność funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa, co bezpośrednio przekłada się na konkretne efekty związane z bezpieczeństwem pracowników, efekty ekonomiczne oraz daje podstawę do rozwiązywania problemów organizacji, jako narzędzia zapewniającego jej sukces.

Introduction and aims: This article presents the problems associated with the selection of appropriate methods for the enterprise security management at work. Material and methods: The material is a selection of the problem of corporate governance, changes in safety management. It has been presented the method is direct observation of enterprises, conversations and analysis of information obtained, relating to problems with the introduction of integrated management systems. Results: These observations allowed us to identify problems, analyze the obstacles and identify potential solutions. Selection of appropriate methods is an essential tool and an integral part of a success of the organization. The use of carefully selected methods to achieve the goal of converging with the safety of workers. The article is an attempt to model the selection of management methods in solving security problems in the organization. Conclusions: Process management in the organization produces tangible, measurable results that increase the efficiency of the company, which directly translates into concrete results related to employee safety, economic effects and gives rise to the problem-solving organization as a tool for ensuring its success.

Projects taken in live give us opportunity to develop our business, experience, the constrains we are struggling keep us on track in achieving the goal. The road to success do not need to be hard and painful, base on solid fundament of business philosophy can be more effective. In effective chain of project management, the weakest link are people and wrong interpretation of business philosophy by them.
